An Empirical Analysis Of Undergraduates' Demand For E-government

At present,under the background of building a service-oriented government,universities are following to build service oriented universities closely.As an important tool for university management,the University e-government,based on information technology,not only provides higher quality university services for college students,but also provides convenient and effective service for the management of colleges and universities.However,in the research of E-government in Colleges and universities,colleges and universities are usually taken as the main body of research,lack of "public needs as the center" of the service concept,ignoring the study of the needs of college students.In the process of service supply side reform,only from the demand side of the university students,the analysis of the type of College Students' demand and the satisfaction of college students,can we improve the quality of service,enhance the degree of accreditation and the sense of belonging of college students.Therefore,this paper constructs a demand analysis model from the angle of college students,and investigates a university in Qigihar by questionnaire survey,and collate the demand type and demand index of the college students,and make a comparative analysis.On the basis of the literature,based on the theory of new public management and the theory of customer relationship management,and taking the Kano model and the Kano evaluation form as the model foundation,taking the needs of the college students as the core,and taking the service subject as the core,this paper makes an empirical research on the demand factors of College e-government college students,and constructs the needs of College e-government college students.The analysis of the index system.In the empirical analysis,the Kano model was used to make a qualitative analysis of the demand factors,and the reliability and validity of the demand index was tested with SPSS21.0.On this basis,the factor analysis was carried out.Based on the results of empirical analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
