From the first batch of Chinese volunteers go to Thailand for teaching Chinese as a foreign language until today has gone through more than ten spring and autumn period,volunteers go to Thailand for Chinese teaching faculty from the initial development of dozens of people still mighty thousands of people,also in Thailand from completely rely on volunteers for Chinese teaching one-way mode development into a new situation of the local Chinese language teachers,and growing,growth from the current situation of again after ten years of development the Chinese teachers and the teaching profession will be saturated.However,the author finds out that the current situation of Chinese teaching in Thailand is very different from that of Chinese teachers,which is mainly reflected in the local Chinese teachers.The lack of teacher resources in Chinese teachers leads to the stagnation of the quality of Chinese teaching,which affects the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of Chinese skills.So I decided to study from the perspective of local teachers,the author analyzes the reasons of the problem,summarized the corresponding policies to solve the problem,for the local Chinese language teachers to developing health to provide the reference data.Himself through to develop and distribute questionnaires to Thailand 121 of the Chinese public high school group is responsible for the professional teachers and 90 Chinese teaching in Thailand this year's college students,and conduct interviews and the questionnaire survey to collect the opinion,through the way of literature study and comparative analysis,survey the Thai public high school teachers strength weak local Chinese language teachers,teachers' lack of reason,and put forward to solve the problem of public high school Chinese teacher's lack of.The survey includes the reasons for the lack of local Chinese teachers in Thailand;The intention and reason of choosing the career after graduation of Chinese major in Thailand;To solve the shortage of Chinese teachers in public secondary schools in Thailand.Survey found that local public high school Chinese teacher's lack of factors are: 1.In the school within the scope of opening the weekly number of students and teachers imbalance resulting teaching Chinese elective course,the increasing amount of class and the teaching work seriously affected the quality of Chinese teaching.2.Add civil servants faculty positions but every year through appraisal personnel scarce,are interested in Chinese teaching in Thailand students because of the lack of teacher certification or are not satisfied with current salary and other industries.3.The lack of flexibility in the school budget is one of the reasons for the recruitment of local teachers in Thailand.As a Chinese teacher in Thailand,the reasons for this are stable salary,parents' willingness,love of teaching and so on.However,the career intention of Thai students majoring in Chinese language is self-employed,import and export trade and tutor,which is the reason for the rapid promotion and high treatment.In this paper,the countermeasures to solve the shortage of local Chinese teachers in public secondary schools in Thailand are to adjust the curriculum of Chinese language.Reduce the workload of Chinese teachers;Opening a special account for Chinese classes;To adjust the assessment system of Thai civil servants;Raise wages;Change the old school idea.
