| "Kai Kai Chinese" is a textbook compiled by Thailand and Thailand for learning Chinese for Thai primary and middle school students.There are six volumes of this textbook,each of which has a corresponding exercise book.Because of its moderate difficulty and pertinence,the textbook is in Thailand.Very widely used.This article starts with the textbook's text,vocabulary,pronunciation,after-school cultural explanations,songs,etc.,as well as exercises,and analyzes the full set of textbooks and workbooks in the book "Kai Kai Chinese".At the same time,teacher and student surveys were conducted on the use and satisfaction of “Kai Kai Chinese” at five primary and secondary schools in Chonburi,Thailand and Bangkok.Through the analysis of questionnaires,the advantages and disadvantages of the textbooks were pointed out.In addition,combined with its one-year teaching practice at the Piboonbumpen Demonstration School Burapha University in Thailand,it puts forward appropriate usage strategies and amendments.The paper includes the following five parts:The first part is an introduction explaining the research background,research objects,research status and research methods.The second part is the analysis of the teaching material of Kai Kai Chinese.The analysis was made from the aspects of phonetic instructional arrangements,total vocabulary,textual sentence length and text length statistics in the textbooks,statistics of after-school cultures or songs,statistics of written Chinese characters,exercises,and practice questions.The third part is to investigate the use of Kai Kai Chinese in five schools in Thailand.The object and scope of the teaching materials were introduced.Through the analysis of the questionnaires,teachers and students were fully aware of the satisfaction of the teaching materials.The fourth part is the survey statistics and analysis of the specific use of the textbook "Kai Kai Chinese".The fifth part is some suggestions on the revision of the teaching material of“Kai Kai Chinese”. |
