The state of national physical exercise directly affects the health status of the people,and the level of national physical fitness is related to the rise and fall of national transport.This requires us to pay close attention to the practical problems of the exercise habits of our people,to deepen the analysis of the factors that influence the formation of physical exercise habits,and Grasp the negative factors and positive factors that hinder the formation of physical exercise habits,promote the development of national fitness activities,protect citizens' legitimate rights and interests in national fitness activities,and improve citizens' physical fitness.As a microcosm of the social masses that maintain physical exercise,the fitness crowd is largely representative of the influencing mechanisms behind their exercise behaviors.The factors that affect the formation of physical exercise habits are complex.The social fitness crowd is the object of investigation and physical exercise is explored.The sources of motivation and obstacles that are used to being kept in order to make recommendations for the development of the national fitness program and the improvement of the national fitness level.This article takes the factors that affect the formation of physical exercise habits as the research object.Using questionnaires,literature,and mathematical statistics,the fitness of four fitness studios in Shanghai was investigated and researched.The factors influencing the formation of physical exercise habits were investigated.The following conclusions were drawn:1.In general,fitness people in fitness studios have good participation in physical exercise,but from the point of view of physical exercise habits,there are very few standards in terms of exercise frequency,time,exercise intensity and duration.Therefore,Be able to form a person whose physical exercise behavior has risen to physical exercise habits.Factors that influence the formation of physical exercise habits include individual factors,psychological decision factors and social environment factors.2.In terms of individual factors,young women with high academic qualifications,long working lives,and high monthly income have significantly higher participation in exercise than other men.Exercisers with a high level of health are more likely to develop physical exercise habits.The number of company employees who came to work in the fitness studio was higher than other occupations,and the participation of medical workers was higher.3.From the aspect of psychological decision-making factors,exercisers with high self-efficacy and good exercise effect are more likely to develop physical exercise habits.In the motivation of exercising,the stability of the exercise behavior of the intrinsically motivated is higher than that of the other,and the possibility of forming the exercise habit is higher than that of other motivators.4.In terms of social and environmental factors,participants who have not developed exercise habits are greatly affected by venue facilities.For those who have already formed physical exercise habits,they are less affected by the constraints of venue facilities.The lack of leisure time is an excuse for a lot of fitness people who have not developed exercise habits,and even if the habitual group is relatively busy atwork and family,the leisure time for exercising is higher than that for unconventional groups.The higher the level of social support is,the more likely it is that the exercise will change to exercise habits.5.From the aspects of physical education teaching,the sports skills taught in school physical education and the concept of lifelong sports have little influence on fitness people who already have exercise behavior.They also have no substantive effect on the development of sports habits.
