Early childhood is the most important period of human life,is the fastest growing period,so that children in the period of physical,mental and intellectual factors can not be ignored.However,when the nationwide fitness program is in full swing,people neglect this special group of children and the society and parents pay too much attention to the development of children's intelligence and specialty.However,the research on the development of children's physical fitness and the means of physical exercise have not been conducted Can get the attention.In fact,appropriate early childhood physical fitness exercise will not only affect the development of young children,on the contrary will promote the rapid growth of young children's physical function,pre-school children from the characteristics of physical development point of view,the pre-school life is just beginning of a person's life At the beginning stage of development,the function of various organs and systems in children's bodies has not yet matured,the tissues are relatively tender,and their material basis is still relatively weak.Therefore,I study the impact of diversified physical activities on the physical fitness of young children.Try to provide kindergarten teachers an opportunity to develop early childhood physical fitness,and to provide reference for the promotion of early childhood physical fitness.This article uses the experimental method,the literature data method,the mathematical statistics method,the interview method.A total of 52 nurseries were selected randomly from kindergartens in Licheng District of Jinan City.There were 12 males and 14 females in the experimental class,and 12 males and 14 females.Then the experimental group was experimentally intervened.The control group did not change the normal study and physical activity of the kindergarten.The teaching time of both groups was 12 weeks and 3 times per week,each time was 60 minutes.After 12 weeks of physical fitness test for young children.The experimental results showed that there was a significant difference(P <0.05)in the continuous jumping index between the two experimental groups and the control group after the experiment,in which the X ± SD of continuous jumping after the experimental class was 5.62 ± 1.41,Measured feet jump X ± SD continuous 6.54 ± 1.41.There was a significant difference(P <0.01)between stand-up long jump and 10-meter turn-back run index.The stand-alone long jump X ± SD was 110.20 ± 19.73 in the experimental class and 92.27 ± 15.07 in the control class after the experimental class The meters returned X ± SD was 6.17 ± 0.45,the control class was 7.31 ± 0.52.There was no significant difference(P> 0.05)between tennis ball throwing distance,sitting body flexion and single foot standing index.The throwing distance X ± SD of the tennis ball was 5.60 ± 1.63 and that of the control group was 5.25 ± 1.09 The post-test sitting flexion X ± SD was 7.75 ± 5.45 and that of the control group was 5.02 ± 4.37.The single-foot standing X ± SD measured after the experimental class was 73.75 ± 87.29 and that of the control group was 34.24 ± 38.36.in conclusion: The diversity sports curriculum has a good effect on improving children's balance ability,and at the same time,they also have different degrees of improvement in children's speed,strength,flexibility,agility and endurance.A variety of physical activity courses can be used as an effective way for young children to develop physical fitness and enhance their physical fitness.
