On November 20,2017,the China Basketball Association formulated a small basketball plan according to the characteristics of children,promulgated the rules of small basketball,and launched a small basketball league,which made basketball gradually develop to younger age,opening a new chapter in Chinese small basketball.In order to respond to the national call,through this experiment,on the one hand,we hope to obtain relevant data on the impact of small basketball on children's physical fitness,which can enrich the knowledge of basketball in the field of young children and provide theoretical basis for the public to further understand small basketball;on the other hand,we hope to obtain the theoretical results of small basketball in improving children's physical fitness,and provide meager strength for the early realization of the dream of sports power.A two-factor mixed experiment was designed to measure one factor by 2×2.Among them,the experimental treatment(2 levels,small basketball teaching mode,traditional activity class mode)was the inter-subject variable,and the measurement time(2 levels,pre-test,post-test)was the intra-subject variable,which was a repeated measurement factor.The dependent variables of the experimental design are standing long jump,tennis throw far,sitting forward flexion,10 meters reentry run,walking balance beam and feet continuous jump and other 6 physical fitness test results.The experimental group was selected as the experimental group of 60 students in the large class of Shiming Bilingual Kindergarten in Yangzhou City and 30 students each in the control group.classes twice a week,each class 40 minutes,a total of 14 weeks of teaching intervention.Conclusions:(1)after 14 weeks of experimental intervention,the physical fitness test results of the children in the experimental group and the control group,such as 10 meters reentry,standing long jump,tennis throwing,continuous jump of both feet,forward flexion of sitting position and tennis throwing,were significantly improved.The above results show that small basketball and traditional activity classes play a positive role in promoting the development of children's upper and lower limb strength,agility,coordination,flexibility,balance,explosive power and other physical qualities.(2)After 14 weeks of small basketball intervention experiments,The test results of 10 meters reentry run,standing long jump,tennis throwing,continuous jump of both feet and forward flexion of sitting position in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(except walking balance beam score).The above results show that compared with the traditional activity class in kindergarten,small basketball plays a more significant role in promoting the development of physical fitness such as upper and lower limb strength,agility,coordination,flexibility and so on.Recommendations:In the future,small basketball can be actively promoted in large class groups of young children.
