In recent years, teachers’job burnout is getting more and more attention of researchers and society. Primary school teachers are important basic education team in our country. As teachers, their physical status, mental health status and work attitudes will have a far-reaching impact on their educational object, yet positive mental state can affect emotion, attitude and behavior they produced in the long-term experience of stress. Therefore, this study choose the resilience as an intermediary variable, trying to verify the resilience of positive reinforcement effect on the relationship between positive emotion and job burnout.The subjects of the research were390primary school teachers which were taken randomly form YanBian area. In the research, three questionnaires were used. They are Positive emotion questionnaire、Resilience questionnaire and Job burnout questionnaire. In these three questionnaires we tried to get the the present sate of their Positive emotion, resilience and job burnout and meanwhile the author did some research and analysis on the difference in their gender, nationality, seniority, headmaster or not, marital status. In order to be able to make a little contribution to the improvement of primary school teachers’job burnout in ethnic areas.The research results are as follows:1、Positive emotion level of primary school teachers is at a low level,64.1%of primary school teachers is in the medium level. There was a significant difference in positive emotion level of primary school teachers in gender, nationality, seniority, marital status, headmaster or not.2、Primary school teachers’the total points of resilience and dimensions are in the medium level. In gender, nationality, the level of resilience and the dimension does not exist significant differences; There were significant differences in seniority, resilience and self efficacy, social ability, family cohesion, social resources; On headmaster or not, there were significant differences in resilience and the self efficacy, the work plan, the social ability, social resources dimensions; On marital status, the level of resilience and the dimensions have significant differences.3、To some extent, primary school teachers have the phenomenon of job burnout, but not serious. The most prominent is the emotional exhaustion dimension. There are significant gender differences in job burnout and emotional exhaustion dimension; Job burnout and depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment dimensions have nationality differences; Job burnout and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization existed the remarkable teaching senority difference; Significant seniority differences are exist in the job burnout and the emotional exhaustion, depersonalization dimensions; and meanwhile the author also got marked difference on the marital status of the teachers in the job burnout and other dimensions.4、There are significant relation at different level between primary school teachers’ positive emotion, resilience and job burnout. Positive emotion has a prediction function toward resilience, and job burnout; resilience has a prediction effect on job burnout5、Primary school teachers’resilience in positive emotion and job burnout is a complete mediation effect, resilience can indirectly through positive emotion predict job burnout.
