Job burnout has a negative impact on the professional life of preschool teachers.It is of great significance to pay attention to and solve the problem for the healthy development of teachers and preschool education.With the rise of positive psychology,more attention has been paid to the influence of the psychological traits and emotional state to the quality of their professional lives.Based on the above reality,the present study uses scientific empirical research to understand the relationship between the three aspects of preschool teachers' burnout,resilience,and positive emotions,and further explore the mediating effect of positive emotion between the job burnout and resilience among preschool teacher.A survey was conducted among 312 kindergarten teachers in 12 kindergartens in Xi'an using self-designed general information questionnaire,MBI-ES scale,PANAS scale,and RSA scale.All date were used SPSS20 for statistical analysis,including descriptive statistics,Independent sample T test,Pearson correlation,Multiple regression analysis.Results:(1)Preschool teachers with low job burnout accounted for 93.9%,The mean value of the resilience is 3.86,the median of the theory is 4,the positive emotion is 3.32 and the median of the theory is 3.Preschool teachers in high and low grouping resilience have the significant differences in positive emotion,job burnout and depersonalization,personal accomplishment dimensions(p<0.001),preschool teachers in high and low grouping of positive emotions have the significant differences in the job burnout and depersonalization,personal accomplishment dimension and resilience and its dimensions(p<0.001).and the proportion of resilience and positive emotions were 43.6%and 39.1%.There are significant differences in the positive emotions,job burnout and its depersonalization,personal accomplishment dimensions with different levels of resilience(P<0.001).Preschool teachers with different positive emotional levels have the significant differences in the burnout,depersonalization,personal accomplishment and resilience(p<0.001).(2)Preschool teachers' job burnout,depersonalization,personal accomplishment were negatively correlated with positive emotions and resilience(p<0.01).Their resilience and its dimensions were positively correlated with positive emotions(p<0.01).(3)Positive emotion,resilience and self-efficacy,social resource have a significant negative predictive effect on burnout,depersonalization and personal accomplishment(p<0.001).Resilience and self-efficacy have a significant positive predictive effect on positive emotions(P<0.001).(4)Positive emotions play a mediating role between the resilience and job burnout,The mediating effects were 7.9%,27.3%,21.4%,2.3%and 5.2%respectively.Conclusion:(1)Job burnout of preschool teachers was in the lower level,The overall condition of mental resilience and positive emotion are better.(2)The higher resilience,the higher positive emotion,the lower job burnout.(3)Positive emotions,resilience and its self-efficacy,social resource dimensions can influence preschool teachers' job burnout and its depersonalization,personal accomplishment dimensions.Resilience and its self-efficacy dimension can influence the positive emotions of preschool teachers.(4)The positive emotions of preschool teachers played a certain role in resilience,self-efficacy and social resource dimension to alleviate the burnout,depersonalization and personal achievement dimension.Suggestions:(1)Through the mindfulness,positive attribution,psychological courses,social support to improve the resilience of preschool teachers.(2)Enhance the emotional adjustment ability,stimulate internal motivation and create good psychological environment so as to improve the preschool teacher's positive emotions.(3)Encourage preschool teachers to firm beliefs and relieve job burnout by improving their psychological empowerment level.(4)Learn from foreign advanced experience,improve the resilience of preschool teachers and stimulate positive emotions to reduce job burnout.
