Due to the decreasing in the interest for learning Chinese for Thai students which effects on the motivation for leaning Chinese which is also dropping significantly.Thus,how to increase the students' motivation in learning Chinese is our main research.Significantly,our research will use Thai native games to be the main motivation to increase students' interest in learning Chinese.Because,research has indicated that if an interested classroom atmosphere is created,students will learn better and engage more which means that it is one of the most effective and powerful tools teachers can use to encourage students'learning and class motivation.Moreover,this research will use 5 of Thai native games in the study plans.As the result,this thesis includes 6 sections:the first section describes the general background,objective,research's strategy,the brief introduction of Thai native games,the definition of Thai native games,and the general background of Thai native games.The second section of thesis is the literature reviews:the analysis of the result in related research for Chinese games and teaching method and,the analysis of the result in related research for Thai native games and teaching methods.The third section of the thesis is the Satree Samutprakarn School's Chinese games teaching's observation and survey which separated into the introduction of Satree Samutprakarn School,and the situation analysis for teaching method of Satree Samutprakarn School:The teachers' teaching situation and the student learning situation.Moreover,it also describes the result and analysis on the research of the interest for learning Chinese of the students:the students' attitude toward Chinese lessons:comparative analysis of experimental class and control class before and after experimental test.The fourth section describes the analysis of the combination of 5 study plans which included 5 Thai native games into the curriculum.The fifth section describe the achievements of using Thai native games in teaching Chinese which emphasis on the problems occurred during the experiment.Furthermore,it provides the solving solutions for those problems which occurred during the abovementioned experiment.The last part of thesis is the conclusion:it will describe the achievements of the adaption of Thai native games in teaching Chinese and the point of view through the main method of teaching Chinese as the second language.
