The discourse is a potential mechanism to restrict People in specific historical and social environment choose what t and how to say. It can reflect the relationship between communicator in some degree. It is a Symbolize of Identity and status. The classroom as a micro-power field should have a distribution of the right and the power. This distribution always subjected to factors of historical and cultural, institutional, the reality of education and personal. Be affected by all these factors. The discourse rights and powers in classroom always in an imbalance situation. Teachers control the right to speak firmly. The students who lack of knowledge, have not clear concept of right, and they receive their identification of educated, can't resist this deprivation of rights. This inequitable distribution of power and rights is harmful to teaching. Firstly will affect the classroom atmosphere, students and teachers can not exchange views equally, can not progress together. Both sides are alienation, lack of emotional exchange. Secondly, will affect the quality of students, in the imbalance classroom, repress students'curiosity, confidence and imagination, strangle students' suspicion, criticism and innovation. So, in the context of new round of curriculum reform, for the development of students, we need research deeply in classroom discourse.Firstly, the research collected studies about the power of discourse between teachers and students at home and abroad and clarified and defined a series of related concepts. Secondly, it surveyed the power of discourse between teachers and students from different angles, such as laws, sociology and philosophy. Then, we adopted the methods of observation and interview to survey a primary school in Yangcheng, Shanxi Province. We chose 3 ordinary classes in grade 2, grade 4 and grade 6 and observed them a month and half. Finally, we summarized and analyzed the phenomenon of the unbalance of the power of discourse between teachers and students. The phenomenon was divided into explicit and implicit. The explicit voice unbalance mainly included the voice unbalance behind the distribution of contact time, the voice unbalance behind teachers' questions and discussion, the voice unbalance behind teachers' feedback and the voice unbalance result from teachers' personal reasons..The implicit voice unbalance mainly included the voice unbalance behind class rules and style, the voice unbalance behind open classes and other implicit voice unbalance.The elimination of the imbalance between the rights and power is very important. First of all, it show respect and understanding of students'development; secondly, it can promote the construction of legal spirit and legal community. Innovative teacher talk in teaching practice, Improve the environment, and fully recognized student can eliminate the imbalance of power and right.
