Our life is fulled of uncertain phenomena and we have to make our choices.Probability provide us not only the thought patterns but also the methods to solve the problems which can help us to know the objective world well.So good understanding about probability is very important to high school students.Probability theory teaching is an important part of teaching in middle school mathematical education.In teaching,some teachers do not know how to teach the abstract concept of probability because of their inaccurate grasp of the core of the concept of probability,and the low level of understanding of the thought and method reflected by the concept of probability.We choose the high school probability teaching,analyzes the content of probability in high school mathematics teaching textbook,and analyzes the axiomatic definition of probability,and elaborates from the following aspects:First,the background of this study and the research significance of the problem research.Second we analyzes the concept of probability the content,probability of random event,we mainly take about is chosen from "probability of random event" the compulsory third textbook of A edition,and we compare the teaching arrangements,teaching contents that they all belongs to the probability part of the five editions of high school mathematics teaching materials.Last we analyzes the axiomatic definition of probability,the statistical definition of probability and the math probability subject of the college entrance exam of Science Mathematics in Hainan in 2017.Finally,we make conclusions and give some advises as follows: First,teachers should make good use of teaching materials in the course of teaching,understand the concept clearly,explain clearly to students,and do not rush to talk about the problems;second,the five versions of the textbooks differ greatly in the teaching arrangement and the contents of the textbooks;and third,when the teachers are teaching this part of the content of probability,It is still necessary to strengthen the explanation of the related concepts and properties ofprobability.
