Research On Synergistic Mechanism Of The Formal And Informal S&T Innovation Organization Of Local College

Along with the reform of managing mechanism of higher education, the amount of local colleges increased obviously, S&T strength enhanced gradually, local colleges have become the important force of the S&T innovation procession and the core part of RIS. However, there are many difficulties and problems in the S&T innovation organization of local colleges. For example, the scale of S&T innovation organization is small, the S&T innovation level is low, the S&T strength is dispersive. These factors affect advance of S&T innovation capability. Therefore, strengthening the S&T innovation organization and enhancing their S&T innovation capability have become a important problem for local colleges.This dissertation, taking the S&T innovation organization of local colleges as research object, from the viewpoint of local governing department, studied the following three parts mainly.1. The concept, forms and functions of the formal and informal S&T innovation organization. Firstly, this dissertation confirms the concept and forms of the formal and informal S&T innovation organization. At the discipline level, brings forward synergistic mechanism and model of the formal and informal S&T innovation organization of local colleges.
