The new century, the reform of China's normal education has made great breakthroughs, a variety of educational theories, educational models, and instructional methods have been constantly emerging. Particularly, micro-teaching, case teaching, and mission-driven teaching have become the most important means of teacher educational curriculum in the normal university. As a kind of new instructional methods, case teaching can adapt itself to the changes in the idea of educational knowledge, promote normal students to internalize the theories they have learned, and bring Chinese normal major new opportunity. With the new curriculum reform forward and the rapid development of the media represented by network, the Chinese normal students in the schools can contact with the teaching case of Chinese language masters more easily, which make our instructional content more abundantly, promote the reform and development of the teacher educational curriculum, and provide a sufficient reference for normal students' professional growth in the future. However, there are still some problems about the application of the Chinese language masters' teaching case in the normal education, which not only affect the effectiveness of masters' teaching case, but also even lead to dissimilation.How to apply it in the teacher education curriculum? The basic ideas and opinions of synergistic can point out the direction for us. This paper aim at the current status of the application of the Chinese language masters' teaching case, design and apply it in the normal education based on the theory of synergistic. We fulfill some aspects as follows:The first is background analysis. The literatures at home and abroad on the theoretical issues are reviewed, for clarifying the research objects and sorting out the relevant contents. Then we reflect the current status of the application of the Chinese language masters' teaching case, sum up it as follow four aspects: resources are complex and disorderly; facilities are backward and incomplete; application are single and machinery; activities are one-way and closed.The second is description of the issue. On the basis of defining of some concepts, such as "Chinese language master" , "teaching case" , "the theory of synergistic", this paper put forward the four values about teaching and practice and four theoretical bases, for clarify its guidance.The third is the goals, principle and request about applying. According to the theory of synergistic, this paper put forward the three-dimensional goals, three requests, and four principles,which provide direction and guidance for the application of the Chinese language masters' teaching case.The fourth is the application model and strategy. In order to make this application more focused, extensive and effective, this paper construct the application model of Chinese language masters' teaching case based on the three aspects: the synergy of before-class, the synergy of class, and the synergy of after-class. Then it tries to expand the application of strategies from three aspects: research, practice, and reflection.According to the theory of synergistic, a referenced research framework for the application of the teaching case of Chinese language masters in the normal education is offered in this paper. At the same time, this study conducts a useful experiment to enhance the effects of the application of Chinese language masters' teaching case, improve the instructional quality of teacher educational curriculum, and enhance the instructional literacy of Chinese normal students.
