In the process of industrialization,urbanization,information and agricultural modernization,the relationship between supply and demand of rural labor force has undergone structural changes in the process of "four modernizations".With the increasing demand of the labor market,Jiangxi Province,as a large province of labor output,in recent years,many employers in the province have constantly reflected the problems of "labor shortage" and "difficulty in recruiting workers".After in-depth analysis,it is not difficult to find that the problem of "labor difficulty" is not simply due to the shortage of labor stock,but the demand for many jobs,which leads to the lack of match between the quality of the rural labor force and the post requirements,and the problem of rural labor training is imminent.Because of this,the "peasant academy" came into being.Through exploring the running mode,operation mode and function mechanism of the peasant college in Nankang District,this paper analyzes the problems of its running mode,and draws lessons from the experience of the peasant college or the mode of running a school in the rural areas,and puts forward some suggestions on the mode of running the school of the farmers' College in Nankang district.This article mainly consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,which is mainly the summary of the research significance,the research background,the technical route,the research plan and the literature review;the second part is the interpretation of the related concepts and the summary of the theoretical basis;the third part is the analysis of the running mode of the "peasant College" in Nankang District,mainly from the analysis.The organizational framework,operation mechanism,running effect,preferential policy and beneficial experience of the peasant college are analyzed.The fourth part is mainly on the basis of sorting out the information of the questionnaire and combining with the interview content to analyze the problems existing in the running mode of the peasant college in Nankang District,and analyze the reasons for its problems;fifth parts.The sixth part is the suggestion to improve the model of running a school in Nankang district.
