A Case Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Family Education Of The Migrant Children

Since the reform and opening up,China's large rural surplus labor has begun to flow to the city,and this movement has begun to feature the whole family migration.Most of the children who follow their parents into the city are aged from 6 and 14,they are also in the process of accepting family and school education,this period is critical for their socialization and for their healthy and stable personality.However,the trailing children's family education is faced with many problems,it is not optimistic,especially for those engaged in the self-employed traders entering the city.For the goal of getting kids to enjoy better education and better service in the city,individual merchant parents bring their children to live together in cities,family and parents play a decisive role in the children's education,and family education affects the physical and mental health of children,it is about the future construction of the society.So trailing children family education is now in urgent need of solution to the problem,how to make the trailing children get a better family education,how to use the professional social work method for effective intervention,is a research topic in front of us.The author through to the 10 vendors family interviews and the analysis of previous literature found that the trailing family education of children from economic and cultural quality of the time and parents of the objective factors limit.At the same time,the parents' education and education methods also have some bias and inadequacies.The author use social work case work for some problems which are frequently used in family intervened,and the case of the three more has representative significance are analyzed and concluded the social work intervention in the trailing children family education problem realistic conclusion.On the basis of the review of case review,the author suggests that the government should accelerate the introduction of family education law and improve the living environment of migrant workers.Parents should try to improve their ability and level of their children's education.
