Conflict And Bridge

The rapid transformation of society in our country has made a lot of changes in the way of life,especially the emergence of a large number of single women in the field of marriage and family,which greatly impacted the traditional marriage and family ethics.Single female doctor has the highest degree of education in single women group,the increasing number of the single female doctor has set off a large scale of social discussion,which is a reflection of the impact.Based on the analysis of the "three structure" of life style,this paper interprets the problems of single female doctor's marriage and love life with the theory of marriage and family.Firstly,an analysis of the reasons for the increasing number of single female doctors shows that this is the result of the combined effect of social ecological environment and the value choice of female doctors.Secondly,through the analysis of self construction and other construction of single female doctor's love and marriage life,we can see that,the self construction of single female doctor actively breaks the ethical presupposition of " a girl of age should be married" and " mediocrity is the virtue of women ",and constructs herself into a "independent new woman",showing two distinct group character traits of individualization and reflexivity.However,the other construction of single female doctor has significant differences in three aspects of marriage value cognition,single female doctor image cognition and female doctor's single reason cognition,forming three kinds of conflicts in two kinds of construction,showing the bias of the other.Thirdly,we use two pairs of life dimensions to analyze the causes of conflict,such as "in itself" and "for itself","natural" and "supernatural".It is found that female doctor and other construction individuals to live in different value orientations.Female doctors pursue "freedom" and emphasize "rational",while other construction individuals to continue " patriarchy" and look forward to "family".Under the conflict,two constructions form different discourses on single female doctor.Finally,by discussing the two values of life,we find the duality of single life and the factors that bridge conflicts.It is suggested that the continuous growth and positive self construction of the single female doctor reflect the efforts of Chinese highly-educated women to resist the traditionalsex relationship and create a new space for private life.But at the same time,the pursuit of this life also conceals the tendency of individualism,and when the "rationalism" which is indifferent to the calculation is infiltrated into the family relationship,the civilization of marriage and family is in danger.Therefore,we should create a pattern of behavior that utilizes human subjective initiative to give full play to rational thinking without loss of perceptual consciousness.It should not only guide people's rational cognition of gender relations,eliminate gender prejudice,and guarantee their own independence,but also call for people to treasure emotion,pay attention to family,and establish a life world in which one gets the greatest freedom and liberation.
