Sociological Interpretation Of Single Woman Doctor's Marriage Surplus Phenomenon

In 1954,"equality of the sexes" was formally written in Constitution of the People's Republic of China,which endowed the law authority of gender equality,as well as promoted the idea of gender equality,Chinese women obtained the historical great progress in the direction of "equality,development and peace".On September 27th,2015,President Xi indicated on the global summit of women that the undertaking of pursuing gender equality is great.Throughout the history,there is no human liberation and progress without the women liberation and progress.However,as the group with strong independent consciousness and frontier ideology development in the social culture change,the value on love and marriage of high-level intellectual women even presents the multiple changes with both imprisonment and freedom.Based on their superior human capital and independent personality,high-level intellectual women fully indicate the modern value on love and marriage of "marital autonomy,love freedom".however,upon the influence of traditional marriage mode and mate selection gradient,there is the structural surplus on high-level intellectual women in the marriage market,the love and marriage anxiety of high-level intellectual women emerges at the right moment.The research takes the individual and family basic information of single woman doctors as the research object,it interviews 33 single woman doctors in Northeast area by the interview method from the aspect of value on love and marriage of single woman doctors based on the perspective of women,it extracts the marriage surplus types of single woman doctors,understands the major marriage surplus dilemma outside the "siege".It takes the cross interpretation to the woman dilemma from three layers of macroscopic scale,medium-scope scale and microscopic scale advocated by feminism,unscrambles the difference between Confucian culture and network media and connotation of value on love and marriage between generations,as well as the marriage and fertility problems from women themselves,it also explores the function mechanism of culture and idea to marriage surplus.The research makes the following conclusion:firstly,the value on love and marriage of single woman doctors presents the features of homogeneity.Then,the marriage surplus of single woman doctors emerges the diversified situation,which reflects the motivation of female self-consciousness awakening.Finally,the marriage anxiety of single woman doctors is the result of combined actions by social culture,relation between generations and individual role.The stereotyped image to "woman doctors" in the social culture change affects the image of single woman doctors.The conflict of family value on love and marriage between generations extrudes the mate selection space of single woman doctors,as well as makes woman doctors anxious between being obedient to our parents and insisting on themselves.The introspection of single woman doctors on single condition emerges the doubt to the personal charisma,it also affects the self-confidence of them.Based on it,the research puts forward the following thinking:in the social culture change,the marriage surplus of single woman doctors reflects the awakening of female self-consciousness,the anxiety of marriage surplus is the pain of social development.With the development of social culture,it will tend to be gentle.The marriage family shall select the life style by their own need,as for the single woman doctor group,they shall not only create the marriage opportunity for themselves,but also provide enough social space for them,so that they can select the family life pattern rationally and ideally.As for single woman doctors,they shall have the correct cognition and judgement to their own ability and future,face with the wandering in the social change in the positive mental attitude.The promotion of female's education degree is the embodiment of social development,women with human capital reserve and high social influence shall contribute the strength under the prosperous and comprehensive social culture for the social development.
