Apprenticeships are the most primitive form of professional education,and since humans entered the history society,parents have taught their children basic life skills in the rudiments of apprenticeship.In the process of apprenticeship development and inheritance,master and apprentice are always important roles in apprenticeship,and mentoring relationship is crucial to the development of apprenticeship.Modern apprenticeship Renaissance,as the western developed countries and our country modern apprenticeship pilot work,the development of modern apprenticeship to become the focus of the vocational education field,and how to build the mentoring relationship has become our country to develop modern apprenticeship apprenticeships problem to be reckoned with.The development of mentoring relationship in the apprenticeship system of education developed countries in western countries can provide useful enlightenment and reference for the construction of modern apprenticeship in China.Based on the historical evolution,the paper divides the apprenticeship system in different periods in the west,and summarizes the forms of apprenticeship and the characteristics of mentoring relationships in the apprenticeship system in different periods.Reduce western apprenticeships to former apprenticeships,guild apprenticeships,modern apprenticeship and modern apprenticeship,the four stages respectively through the formation of mentoring relationship,mentoring relationship of leasing,the alienation of mentoring relationship and the standardization of the mentoring relationship.By summarizing the changes and development of the four historical stages of apprenticeship in the west,some Suggestions are put forward for the construction of mentoring relationship in the modern apprenticeship system in China.The main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction.Major general situation of the research background and research significance of this study,combing the research on apprenticeships and mentoring relationship,on the basis of existing research determine the research ideas and methods of this article,and defining the core concepts of this paper involved.The second part to the fifth part,from the perspective of historical evolution,expounds the evolution and characteristics of the mentoring relationship between the western traditional apprenticeship system and the modern apprenticeship development process.Before the western apprenticeships are divided into apprenticeships,guild apprenticeships and modern apprenticeship and the modern apprenticeship,through different periods of western apprenticeships situation analysis,summed up the characteristic of each period apprenticeships mentoring relationship.The second part is the formation of mentoring relationship in the former apprenticeship system.The main characteristics of the mentoring relationship in this period are:based on the blood relationship,the relationship between teachers and students is strong.The unwritten law constrains the initial contract of mentoring relationship;With emotion as the bond,mentoring relationship is stable;The third part is the contract of apprenticeship in the apprenticeship system.The main characteristics of the mentoring relationship in this period are:from the private to the public,the patriarchal relations are gradually weakened.The authority and responsibility norms are more explicit,and the level of teachers and students is obvious.With the contract as the link,the mentoring relationship is more standard;The fourth part is the alienation of the mentoring relationship in the modern apprenticeship system.The main characteristics of the mentoring relationship in this period are:the transformation between teachers and apprentices into the employment of labor relations;There is rivalry and rivalry between teachers and students;There is no restriction on the freedom of the relationship between teachers and students.The fifth part is the diversity of mentoring relationship in the modern apprenticeship system.The main characteristics of the mentoring relationship in this period are:equality of mentoring relationship,teaching and learning;The relationship between teachers and students is lost and the relationship is weakened.With education obligation as the link,mentoring relationship is diversified.The sixth part is through the study of the apprenticeship in the western apprenticeship.Based on the analysis of the relationship between modern apprenticeship in China and the experience of western apprenticeship,this paper puts forward some ideas for the construction of modern apprenticeship in China.
