Research On National Defense Education In Colleges And Universities From The Perspective Of New Media

As a new media communication form,new media has been widely applied in various fields,which has a profound impact on social development and transformation,as well as people's production and life style.Its "double-edged sword" effect is also increasingly prominent.There are more and more new problems in new situation as rapidly developing of new media.It is responsible for our colleges and universities to solve the new problems in the national defense education.There is a new chance for our national defense education in Colleges and universities.The topic from education,communication,military science and other interdisciplinary perspective,the integrated use of literature analysis,social investigation method,comprehensively analyses and discusses methods of the new media and the national defense education in Colleges and universities.On the basis of this theory,the author analyzed and elaborated the problems,opportunities and challenges which exist in the new media from the perspective of national defense education in Colleges and universities.Finally,it tries to find out the innovation approaches of national defense education in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in our national defense education in colleges and universities such as the weak awareness of national defense,the outdated content of national defense education,single teaching form and the lack of teachers.In this regard,the author believes that it is very important to improve the level of the present stage of national defense education by combining the characteristics of the era development and the actual situation of national defense education in colleges and universities.It is also significant to explore the innovation research of national defense education in the view of new media There are three aspects to cope with the new problems in the current national defense education.Firstly,we should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and then we should create a professional team of teachers for national defense education.Secondly,we should pay full attention to the role of national defense education in cultivating the comprehensive quality of college students.It is necessary for comprehensively raising the media literacy of college students.Furthermore,we should constantly integrate the new and old carriers.We should use innovative way such as military skills training,military theory teaching and daily defense education activities.Finally,we should strive to innovate the methods of national defense education in colleges and universities by combining the first class with the second or with the third class.
