The Study On The Matching Of Supply And Demand Of Public Employment Service For Migrant Workers Returning Home

Migrant workers are the focus of government and society in recent years.Such large social groups,if not properly placed,they will lead to serious social and economic problems.As the main object of returning home tide,it is the main body of the phenomenon of reverse urbanization.Therefore,all levels of government,especially local grass-roots governments,deserve to be taken seriously at the policy level.As the supply side of radical reform,the economic structure adjustment and economic transformation policy impact caused social and economic shocks.The elimination of most of the backward industries in the city led to the unemployment of a large number of migrant workers who had just entered the city.The domestic and foreign academic circles have conducted profound and comprehensive research on the public employment of this kind of group,and have obtained some research results with reference value.The perfect public employment service system and theoretical research system of developed countries in foreign countries provide valuable theoretical and practical basis for the research of public employment service in China.So far,China has made great progress in related fields.Compared with the international and domestic practice different national conditions,due to the different social basis,different group class division,foreign developed countries mainly focus on the population flow Angle.Although it is impossible to stick to the rules and copy the west,the relevant theories and practices in dealing with the flow of population do provide a reference for domestic research on the level of population mobility.Based on the above research questions,this paper was finished on the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature,which related scholars in the field of consultation,and further,through the analysis of the feedback data obtained a migrant public employment services which research present situation and results.On this basis,the matching questionnaire for the supply and demand of such group services in Haizhou district of Lianyungang city is put into the paper,and relevant data are obtained.Based on factor analysis,this paper analyzes the phenomenon and root cause of the mismatching of related services.The research found that the relevant content of the supply service is not innovative,the service conditions have not been reformed and perfected,and the service policy still needs to be carried out in a moderate way.Therefore,based on the factor extraction and matching of supply and demandanalysis,I found that: firstly,to improve the environment condition such as policy support that is imperative,our government should increase policy support for the class group.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the public employment service conditions for migrant workers and provide them with perfect employment channels,such as online consultation and online transaction needs to further improve convenience.In the employment service environment,some good methods need to be implemented,such as paperless office advocating thrift.E-government should be clear and simple in the window.At the same time,relevant basic service investment construction is also indispensable which need seriously support.Finally,the service content level should not be ignored,which is an important issue that affects the proper disposal of the returning group.In terms of the professional introduction service,the service contents can basically meet the needs of people in the job description service of public employment service in Haizhou district.In terms of vocational guidance service,the rationality of the process is relatively high,but the content shows that the supply is far less than the demand,which indicates that the demand for migrant workers is also very high.At present,the service in Haizhou district of Lianyungang city is too superficial and should focus on the professional and practical assistance and help to the returning migrant workers.Venture for business support,farmers will have a lot of technical and financial difficulties,which requires employment service agencies to provide business help.public employment services department should implement network office,intensify propaganda,to promote the operation of this kind of community employment services.
