This research takes the rural junior middle school teachers as the investigation object,on the basis of analyzing the theory of competency and job performance and related research,mainly adopts the method of questionnaire.First of all,it investigates the performance of rural junior middle school teachers on the whole and different levels,and understands the performance of different groups of teachers in the overall competence and different levels;secondly,it explains the present situation of rural junior middle school teachers' performance.Then it explores the relationship between different levels of teacher competence and job performance and their different structures.Finally,based on the important role of teacher competency on teachers' performance,it proposes to stimulate teachers' rural junior middle school teachers to play their own products.The suggestion of improving one's own competence.Through the analysis,it is found that the rural junior middle school teachers as a whole are at the middle level of competence.They are better at the four levels of personal traits,establishing relationships,understanding others,and interpersonal communication.They are paying attention to the students in respect for others,professional accomplishment,and concern for students.In information search,the five levels of career preference are relatively poor,and teachers of different genders only have significant differences in personal traits,such as self-confidence,responsibility,enterprise,etc.The performance of male teachers is better than that of female teachers,and the performance of male teachers is better than that of female teachers.There was no significant difference in overall competency traits and other levels of performance,and teachers of different ages and different teaching years had significant differences in total competence and performance at all levels.Among teachers in different disciplines,teachers of Chinese and mathematics are better than teachers of other disciplines in terms of personal characteristics,relationship building and professional preference.Teachers' work performance includes two dimensions:relationship performance and task performance.Rural junior middle school teachers generally perform well and their performance in job performance is better than that in task performance.There were no significant gender differences in relationshipperformance,task performance and job performance among junior middle school teachers in rural areas;there were differences in age,teaching years and academic qualifications in relation performance;and in task performance.There are differences in age,length of teaching and discipline,and in performance of work,age,length of teaching and academic qualifications.Age and teaching age are important factors affecting teacher relationship performance,task performance and job performance.Teachers' competency has higher performance discrimination.Different combinations of competency have different predictors of job performance and their different structures,showing some pertinence.Respect for others,interpersonal communication,attention to students,career preferences,personal characteristics of five levels of competency can jointly predict the teacher's relationship performance;personal traits,information search,focus on students,career preferences,interpersonal communication,professional factors The teacher's task performance can be predicted by cultivating,establishing and understanding the competence of the eight levels of others,and the teacher's job performance can be predicted by the nine levels of the teacher's competence.Teacher competence is an important factor affecting teachers' work performance.The good performance of rural junior middle school teachers needs them to play their own positive role and constantly improve their competence level.First of all,to give play to the positive role of rural junior high school teachers need to improve the disadvantaged situation of rural teachers,the state and society in improving rural teachers pay,social status and other aspects of unremitting efforts,related policies continue to come out.But only when these policies are put in place can teachers' rights and interests be effectively protected.Secondly,we should perfect the teacher evaluation system and strengthen the pertinence of rural junior middle school teachers' training,so that teachers can be encouraged to play their own positive role and improve constantly.Self quality level.Then,as the main working environment for teachers,schools should do something to provide them with a good school environment.The most important of these is the creation of teachers' psychological environment,the principal's leadership style,and a harmonious school atmosphere.Fair and reasonable appraisal mechanism and perfect teacher appointment system all affect the positive function of teachers to a certain extent,which need to be paid attention to by schools and improved continuously.Finally,teachers themselves should constantly enhance their ability of self-reflection,correctly understand themselves,constantly learn and perfect themselves,and actively devote themselves to the practice of education and teaching.This is an active role for rural junior high school teachers in their education and teaching work.Function,constantly improve their own competence level of internal motivation.
