With the advent of the knowledge era and the quiet rise of the fourth scientific and technological revolution,talent has become the most important productivity.Countries around the world have been drawn into the battle for talent.Because of this,countries have increasingly recognized the leading position of education.The development of education,training personnel in an important strategic position.The basic education stage is the cornerstone of the entire educational process.Its quality is not only related to the success or failure of the entire national education,but also to the quality of the people.Junior high school education is a stage that connects primary school and high school.Since high school education in our country is not yet popular,students can only conduct higher-level learning through the middle school exam.Therefore,junior high school education is extremely critical,and it can even be said that it is related to the student's future life.The “ Hundred-year plan,education-based;education plan,teacher-based”,so the development of junior high school education,training personnel can not be separated from a high stability,strong professional junior high school teachers.With the continuous deepening of the basic education reform,the teacher education system of teachers' colleges has been continuously optimized,and the school-based and country-based teacher training system has been continuously improved.The teaching level of junior high school teachers in China has been greatly improved,and the junior middle school teachers have gradually grown.However,economic development and advancement in science and technology have not only eliminated the dual structure of urban and rural areas,but have also widened the gap between urban and rural areas.Rural junior middle school education has lagged far behind urban junior high school education.Therefore,the development of rural junior high school education and the promotion of balanced development of urban and rural education are imminent.Since rural junior high school teachers are the prerequisite for the development of rural junior middle school education,the key to improving rural teachers' teaching competency level and creating a high quality rural junior middle school teacher team is the key.Firstly,based on the collation of a large number of teachers' teaching competencies,this paper theoretically analyzes the constituent dimensions of junior high school teachers' teaching competencies,including knowledge literacy,teaching ability,management ability,professional character,and personality traits.Secondly,according to the compositional dimensions,a questionnaire on the teaching competence of ruraljunior high school teachers was prepared and the teachers of 9 rural junior high schools in J City were investigated.The survey found that the teaching competency of rural junior middle school teachers is generally in the middle-upper level;rural junior high school teachers with different teaching ages,titles,titles,and academic qualifications have significant differences in all dimensions;the overall scores of rural junior high school teachers in terms of professional character and personality traits are lower than The scores of knowledge literacy,teaching ability,and management ability.Thirdly,according to the survey results,the problems of rural junior high school teachers in terms of teaching competencies are summarized,and the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth.The main reasons include: rural junior high school teachers lack scientific and rational teaching concepts;rural junior high school teachers do not attach importance to teaching reflection and teaching research;rural junior high school improves teacher's teaching competency in a single way,the effect is not obvious;rural junior high school lacks rich educational and teaching resources,hardware and software are not complete;the training system for rural junior middle school teachers is lack of "generousness",and training effect is difficult to guarantee;excessive and irrational attention at home and abroad,teachers are overstressed.Finally,it proposes strategies to improve the teaching competency of rural junior middle school teachers,including the path of self-improvement of rural junior middle school teachers and the external support strategies of schools and countries.
