Spatial ability is one of the important components of human intelligence,which is closely related to human life and learning and requires a certain amount of spatial knowledge both in life and in scientific research.For the sake of human development,more and more researchers are forced to understand,explore and develop space capabilities,making space capabilities a necessary condition for human production and invention of science and technology.Without spatial capabilities as a support for inventions,there is no basic invention and innovation.Because many inventions and creations are specific and are presented in physical form.Creator will draw the map of the mind,design objects according to the model map,and further improve.This is a process of combining creativity with imagination and a process in which creators transform two-dimensional images and three-dimensional images in their minds.In this process,spatial capabilities play a huge role.With the rapid development of science and technology,people's understanding of space capabilities has been deepened,so that many methods of cultivating human space capabilities have come into being.Today's society pays special attention to the development of primary and middle school students 'ability in space and cultivating the students' space competence through different disciplines becomes the goal pursued by school education.In traditional teaching,students' space ability is enhanced by demonstrating the in-kind or designing a scenario for a knowledge point.With the advent of the information age,the rapid development of the computer has provided a new means for teaching.It is possible to carry out teaching in the high-real virtual environment,so that the three-dimensional object in the virtual environment can be combined with the three-dimensional object in the real world to develop students' spatial abilities.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory,this research constructs the teaching mode of 3D digital modeling courses and cultivates the students' space competence by implementing the curriculum based on the computer technology.The research mainly includes the following three aspects.(1)Research findings on space capabilities.In this part the author mainly combs the development of research on space capabilities at home and abroad and methods to cultivate space capabilities on the basis of reading and analyzing relevant literature at home and abroad.Under the guidance of constructivism theory of learning,constructing Teaching Model of 3D Digital Modeling Course.(2)Constructing Teaching Model of 3D Digital Modeling Course.Under the support of theoretical research,drawing on the teaching mode of related disciplines,the teaching mode of 3D digital modeling class is constructed.(3)Effect verification of Teaching Model of 3D Digital Modeling Course.After completing the construction of the teaching mode of 3D digital modeling class,it is applied to the teaching of primary school information technology classroom,and the relationship between 3D digital modeling and spatial ability is verified by testing the improvement of pupils',which provides a new method for the development of students' space competence.With the development of the above research work,this research has made the following three points.(1)Based on the conclusion of previous studies,this study defines the spatial capabilities in a rigorous and meticulous manner,and systematically expounds the research theories on the methods of cultivating students' spatial capabilities,laying a theoretical foundation for the construction of teaching models.(2)This study constructs Teaching Model of 3D Digital Modeling Course.On the basis of consulting a large number of teaching models at home and abroad,this study analyzed its characteristics and components and combined with my own research ability,to build a teaching model to cultivate students' space competence.(3)In this study,we validated the teaching model that was constructed.After the completion of the teaching mode of cultivating students 'ability in space,the effect was verified in Shengli Primary School of Jinan,and the related data were obtained.
