The language curriculum standard emphasizes that Chinese teachers should enhance the consciousness of utilization resources which can improve students’ Chinese literacy.The traditional festival contains rich cultural resources and spiritual connotation that can make students improve their language skills in various native language practices.Therefore,this paper will discuss the teaching value of traditional festival elements in Chinese curriculum from the perspective of Chinese literacy.The first chapter of this paper makes a simple explanation of the concepts of festival and traditional festival culture.Besides,it analyzes the existing state of traditional festivals in the school,society,family and Chinese textbooks,from which can make readers to understand the education status of traditional festivals.The second chapter is the key part of this paper,because the "Chinese literacy" has not yet a unified concept,this chapter discussed the concept of "Chinese literacy",and makes a combing of the concept of "Chinese core literacy".Then,around the connotation of Chinese accomplishment discussed the value of traditional festival which can improve students’ Chinese accomplishment,there are three aspects: improving students’ cultural accomplishment,enhancing the students’ ability of independent development and cultivating students’ awareness of social participation.In order to better perform the education value of the traditional festival,the last chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of the school.In the class,design an open teaching process and create an open classroom environment;after the class,teachers can set up kinds of cultural community and hold festival culture activities.Integrate the course resources and teaching methods,conduct the study activities of the festival theme,and create a language class that is interesting.In addition,I also wrote a teaching design of "the duck egg of Dragon Boat Festival".I hope to give some enlightenment to Chinese teachers,Through the cooperation between the class and the extracurricular activities,the resultant force can be formed to promoteThis paper provide a new research angle for education workers on the basis of predecessor research,so that it can make the language teacher attach importance to the traditional festival resources and enhance students’ cultural confidence and national identity.
