Investigation And Study On The Emotional Labor Of The Headteachers In Elementary Schools

The primary school stage is an important stage of compulsory education.Primary school students are the hope of the future nationality of the motherland.The healthy development of the physical and mental health of elementary school students is of great significance to families and society.Due to the age characteristics of primary school students,teachers of primary school class teachers are required to take overall responsibility for pupils' learning and life.They should not only communicate with the teachers of each subject in time to understand the overall situation of the students but also communicate with the parents of the students and understand the students at home.Students' living conditions,timely and correct education and guidance to students.In addition,we must also pay attention to students' safety issues and psychological problems.Therefore,the primary school teacher plays an important role in the physical and psychological development of primary school students.As emotional workers,the emotional work of elementary school teachers is particularly important in education and teaching.This study mainly starts with the psychological and social factors that affect the emotional work of primary school headteachers.It tries to find out the factors that affect the emotional labor of primary school class teachers,and tries to put forward specific countermeasures to improve the emotional work state of primary school headteachers,so that the primary school head teacher can be good.Emotional and emotional state of education and teaching work.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)There is a significant difference between the age of primary school teachers and the emotional work they give in the education process.The older the teachers are,the higher the emotional work they give in their work.(2)primary school teachers in the education and teaching work to pay the emotional work is higher than the non-class teacher in the work of the emotional work.(3)The emotional work of the primary school class teacher is positively correlated with the accumulation of her own psychological capital,and the psychological capital can predict the emotional labor of the primary school head teacher.(4)Student safety issues,test scores,completion of homework assignments,and classroom learning status are the major factors affecting the emotional work of elementary school class teacher.(5)Parental understanding and support is an important factor affecting the emotional work of teachers in primary school teachers.(6)Respect for teachers' good social atmosphere and the importance of leaders of education work for the primary school teacher's work are indispensable factors that affect the emotional work of elementary school class teachers.
