Nowadays,professional women play an important role in their professional positions.In the era of opportunities and pressures both exist,professional women face enormous challenges.Female teachers as professional women,in addition to the requirements of teachers' individual professional skills,the school also has high requirements for the management of emotions and expressions in their work.Emotional Labor is the process of managing and regulating one's emotions(expressions,states)in order to meet the requirements of the organization in the workplace.Nowadays,emotional expression and management have become an important part of teachers' work.Teachers' emotional labor is affected by many aspects.This study explores the influence path of teachers' emotional labor and provides some guidance for the output of teachers' positive emotional labor.Therefore,based on the theory of resources preservation(COR),emotional contagion theory,role theory and gender theory.Teacher emotional labor scale,work family conflict scale,work remodeling scale,and empathy ability scale are used to analyze the relationship between emotional labor,work-family conflict,job remodeling and empathy ability.By investigating 291 primary school Female teachers,the following conclusions were drawn.1?The revised emotional labor scale of primary school teachers contains four dimensions: emotional deviance,automatic emotion regulation,deep acting and surface acting.The scale has good reliability and validity,which can be used in the measurement tools of primary teachers' emotional labor.2?Emotional labor,work-family conflict,job remodeling and empathy ability are closely related.Emotional deviation is significantly positively correlated with FIW emotional conflict and WIF emotional conflict(r=.425**,p<0.01;r=.3618**,p<0.01);autonomic emotion regulation is significantly positively correlated with WIF emotional conflict and WIF resource conflict(r=.373**,p<0.01;r=.318**,p<0.01);deep acting is significantly positively correlated with WIF emotional emotional conflict and WIF resource conflict(r=.808**,p<0.01;r=.878**,p<0.01);surface acting is significantly positively correlated with WIF emotional conflict(r=.157**,p<0.01).In addition,Emotional deviation is significantly negatively correlated with role remodeling and skill remodeling(r=-.156**,p<0.01;r=-.166**,p<0.01);autonomic emotion regulation is significantly positively correlated with relationship remodeling(r=.177**,p<0.01);deep acting is significantly negatively correlated withrelationship remodeling(r=.140**,p<0.01);surface acting is significantly positively correlated with cognitive remodeling(r=.197**,p<0.01).Meanwhile,deep acting is significantly positively correlated with personal pain(r=.267**,p<0.01).3 ? Work-family conflict,job crafting and empathy ability are important predictors of emotional labor.WIF emotional conflict is the most predictors of emotional labor(?=.951***,p<0.001),the second is WIF resource conflict(?=.281***,p<0.001).Work remodeling has a significant predictive effect on emotional labor and relational remodeling has the strongest predictive(?=.921***,p<0.001),the second is skill remodeling(?=-.575***,p<0.001).The individual's pain in empathy has the greatest predictive power on emotional labor(?=.805***,p<0.001),the second is emphatic concern(?=-.565***,p<0.001).4?Work remodeling(cognitive remodeling,skill remodeling,role remodeling)plays a partial intermediary role in work-affected families(WIF emotional conflict,WIF resource conflict),the mediation effect values are 0.14?0.05.Work remodeling(task remodeling,relationship remodeling,cognitive remodeling,role remodeling)plays a partial intermediary role in family impact work(FIW emotional conflict,FIW resource conflict),with mediating effect values of 0.19 and 0.17.Emotional ability(view selection,emphatic concern)plays a partial intermediary role in family influence work(FIW emotional conflict,FIW resource conflict),and the mediating effect value is 0.10,0.18.5?Work-family conflicts differ in the types of schools;work remodeling differs in age,teaching age,job title,school type,and academic qualifications;differences in empathy in age,teaching age,and discipline.Based on the above research results,this study proposes educational strategies and recommendations from three aspects: school,family and individual.
