The education fair has been a hot topic in “two sessions” for six years.In the government work report of 2018,Li Keqiang has proposed that we need to “developing a fair and quality education”.Basic education is the cornerstone of the basic qualities for social members.Xi Jinping has also proposed the educational goal of basic education.Education is the foundation.Combining education equity with basic education is an important research topic.This paper takes the issue of equity in basic education as the research object,reveals many unfair new phenomena in China's basic education in the new era,and discusses the causes of these phenomena.According to these analysis,find the feasible path for solving new problems.This has played a positive role in the sustainable development of China's basic education and further broadened the research horizon of China's basic education.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the significance of the topic and the status quo of the research.It briefly describes the methods,innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter summarizes the issues related to the fairness of basic education,introduces the connotation and characteristics of educational fairness and basic education,and the policy evolution of basic education in China.Chapter 3 examines the phenomenon of unbalanced distribution in educational resources in the field of basic education in China and analyzes the causes.The fourth chapter discusses the realization path of China's basic education fairness from two dimensions: government function and teacher policy adjustment.
