Fair Allocation Of Resources Of China's Education Policy Research

[Abstract] Education is a fundamental task for centuries to come. With the development of the time and the society, socialization of education plays an important role in policy. It does determine personal destiny and the future of our nation, and the reason is, in the field of sociology, education is not only a resource, but also a mechanism for get social status.So the pursuit of education is increasing everyday, and equal access to education is the part of human rights and goals of policy to each country. In other words, equal access to education is not only to achieve person value and also to achieve society value. Nowadays, as we pride ourselves on the great economic and technological progress education is often unfair for the general public, the phenomenon of education unfairness and uneven development become increasingly serious in our country, especially the policies about distribution of educational resources are the worst. The first step of educational equity is equal distribution of educational resources, the education policies are as well.This paper defines the policies and education policies, based on above defines policies about equal distribution of educational resources.And discusses different views about equality, then identify the fair content of equal distribution at last. After the explanation of the problems about our distribution policies, the thesis finds the causes. Compared with foreign, reconstruct the equality of distribution is a way out,and make it become the important driving force of building a socialist harmonious society in our country.
