Our traditional way of student assessment based on standardized paper and pencil test and examination,detection efficiency and quality of education,students’ evaluation is given priority to with screening,there is a single assessment target in the evaluation process,the one-sided content,the method is simple,the results using formal inherent disadvantages and stubborn,such as education in the development of heavy and persistent crisis.Under the background of the new college entrance examination the students comprehensive quality evaluation is an overall inspection,the comprehensive measure the stage of development and progression of student evaluation mechanism,is a group of students at all levels and in all aspects,wide in the field of process evaluation,so as to promote the development of students comprehensive and individual character as the ultimate goal and the ultimate goal.It has been nearly four years since the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation of F primary school,and summarizes its school-based implementation path,the experience and mode,in perfect F primary school practice for other elementary school at the same time the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation of personalized,health,provide a reference,reference method,path and cases,at the same time,hope the exploration and thinking can be beneficial to the reform practice of comprehensive quality evaluation in the ongoing process.The implementation of comprehensive quality assessment of primary school students is not only a theoretical issue but also a practical one,this study starts from theoretical analysis and practical exploration,In theoretical interpretation of the basic characteristics of the elementary student overall quality appraisal and grading for primary school students comprehensive quality evaluation of school-based implementation evaluation concept,the content system,multiple subject,method system and theory to interpret results and use of content,clarify and clarify the theoretical problem.Secondly,through in-depth case analysis F primary school,found that its comprehensive quality evaluation of school-based implementation of the system design needs to be perfect,file cover content is not comprehensive and typical,parents "do",the student has not really involved in such issues,restricts its further advance.This is caused by the lack of targeted policy guidance and incentive,teachers and parents’ lack of understanding of comprehensive quality assessment concepts,and the low level of evaluation of relevant subjects.Based on this,this study proposed that F primary school should further improve the evaluation scheme and establish a sound school evaluation system.Perfect the student growth record bag,the scientific use archives bag material;Strengthen education training and improve the evaluation quality of relevant subjects to deepen the comprehensive quality assessment of the school’s implementation,and give full play to the educational function of evaluation.In order to further improve primary school students evaluation of ecological,promote elementary school students’ comprehensive quality evaluation of the scientific and standardized,other schools in the concrete to promote the comprehensive quality evaluation of school-based process,to create a personalized evaluation index,optimization evaluation procedures,teacher autonomy,the choice of appropriate assessment can be incorporated into education teaching,and continuously strengthen the multi-agent communication and reflection,effectively promote the development and continuous improvement of students’ comprehensive quality school-based implementation.
