| The primary stage of primary school is the important foundation of the students’ healthy personality and good personality.The evaluation of students’ comprehensive quality is the value judgment of the actual development level and educability of students’ Ideological and moral character,knowledge and skill,physical fitness,social adaptability and labor skills.In recent years,the comprehensive quality evaluation has attracted the attention of the state and the community.The government has issued a number of policies to actively promote the comprehensive quality evaluation reform of primary and secondary school students.The comprehensive quality evaluation of primary school students is an important part of the curriculum reform of basic education.It is an important part of the comprehensive quality evaluation system of students in compulsory education stage.It is an important measure to comprehensively reflect the status of students’ development and promote the all-round development of students.Based on J primary school as a case study of Shanghai,this paper use the J primary school comprehensive quality evaluation standards,the implementation of evaluation activity,including two times all the overall evaluation and individual evaluation,a class specific analysis of the data,diagnosis of the problems existing in the students’ comprehensive quality,to effectively solve them.Through evaluation research and practice,the following results are obtained.First,continue to learn,to try,to summarize,now completed the online evaluation system design and implementation of evaluation activity,has formed a certain operating mode,easy operation,fast and it is more tedious to human-computer interaction instead of the original paper.Second,according to the requirements of the whole school ratings data analysis results,the original evaluation standard parts modified,100% complete assessment request number accounts for 90% or more of the combination of comprehensive qualities of students are modified appropriately,to improve the overall quality appraisal standards.Third,according to the students of primary,secondary data analysis,development rate J elementary school to star on the students’ overall quality development of the problems is relatively serious,schools should be seriously,pay attention to the talent development of students,set up various theme activities actively,encourage students to actively participate in,to show themselves,but also organize all kinds of social practice activities,strengthen extracurricular practice ability,improve the overall quality.Fourth,according to the case in class 1 of grade 3 data analysis,every student’s comprehensive quality development in a scientific and clear,the teacher in charge teacher and related education activities actively,specific to each students solve,education strategy is put forward,at the same time also proved that this evaluation activities may continue to spread to other classes,in order to improve the students’ comprehensive quality.Finally,the overall quality appraisal activities,confirm the evaluation standard is scientific and effective evaluation result is objective and the concrete can be used,the elementary student overall quality appraisal action research,both from local and overall is to reach the expected aim. |
