The 21 st century is an era of rapid,the level of science and technology development,the improvement of productivity and living level of ascension makes people gradually from manual labor to mental labor,and greatly save the labor time,provide people with the material and the safeguard of the time;In addition,the state department's opinions on accelerating the development of the tourism industry,the national fitness regulations,the national fitness program,and all the other major policies that promote leisure development,and more and more people in the sport of leisure sports;While teachers of colleges and universities act as the brainworker of education and scientific research,it is not only the communicator of science and technology,but also the practitioner,and is the important resource of education in China.With the rapid development of education,the enrollment expansion of the university has doubled the number of students,and the teaching workload of college teachers has increased.In this situation,the teaching and scientific research of university teachers will become heavier,and the workload will increase,and the healthy body will be the foundation and guarantee.Only with strong physique and abundant energy,will be able to assume the heavy teaching and scientific research task of the new situation.This article is based on the recreational sports behavior of the teachers of Henan province,By the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and other methods,By analyzing the characteristics of the recreational behavior of the teachers in Henan province,and the characteristics of recreational sports behavior,To understand the leisure time and leisure time of university teachers,It show that diversity of college teachers' participation in leisure sport behavior in various backgrounds,Find out the factors that restrict teachers' involvement in leisure sports activities in Henan province and put forward corresponding Suggestions.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In Henan province,teachers have less leisure time,which is concentrated in 1-2 hours.Leisure activity items show diversity,among which the number of participating leisure sports activities is more,and then,taking part in family activities,raising the business level,reading newspapers and surfing the Internet,etc.The motivation of participating in leisure activities is to improve their own quality,relax themselves,adjust their mood,and enhance their family relationship.(2)College teachers in Henan province has a certain leisure sports related knowledge;At the same time,the demand for leisure sports level is higher,there are 86.5 percent of teachers in colleges and universities said in his daily life need to leisure sports.(3)Although the Numbers of recreational sports are more numerous,but fewer people fit the sports standards,only 56.1 percent of high school teachers match;There are differences in the degree of participation of university teachers with different gender,age,job title,monthly income and free time.According to further investigation,teachers in colleges and universities believe that the factors that hinder their participation in recreational sports activities include: great work pressure,no time,lack of interest,no sports skills,no good leisure sports atmosphere,and insufficient economic conditions.(4)College teachers in Henan province in the motive of participation in leisure sports behavior,there are 41.8% of teachers in colleges and universities choose to build our bodies,keep fit.The length is more concentrated in 30-60 minutes;There are 53.7 percent of high school teachers who choose to go three or four times a week;In terms of strength,77.4 percent of college teachers chose moderate degree.It is mainly for that main part of family and friends in form of walk,swimming,running,The choice of the place shows the free sex and the proximity;In the majority consumption quota in 1000 Yuan of the following;The consumption content is mainly based on real material consumption,followed by participatory consumption.(5)Different gender,age,professional title and monthly income have different degrees of difference in participating in leisure sports.(6)The factors that influence the consumption of college teachers' participation in leisure sports include: high prices of consumer goods,limited economic capacity,insufficient facilities for sports venues,less leisure time and no suitable sports.
