With the rapid development of information technology and transportation,economic globalization is more and more influencing peoples' lives.The boundaries among the countries of the world have become increasingly blurred,and the whole world's links are closer than ever before.The major educational target for each country is to foster international high-level teachers,who are familiar with the world and understanding the polity and culture of most countries.Therefore,training foreign language talents has become one of the important factors for fostering international talents.South Korea is one of important participants of Chinese culture circle;more and more South Korean are interested in learning Chinese.In order to further meet the needs of the South Korean people to learn Chinese,the number of Chinese teachers for primary schools and middle schools sent to Korea by Confucius Institute Headquarters is increasing each year,which came to 290 in 2017.So far,Chinese classes are generally set up in kindergartens and primary schools in each Do in South Korea.Many kindergartens and primary schools also have begun to organize activities to learn Chinese.On this basis,the number of children learning Chinese is increasing,and Chinese learners become younger.There are lots of Chinese textbooks for young learners polished by various institutes;however,some of these textbooks even have some basic errors such as Chinese phonetic alphabet errors.These mistakes bother Chinese teachers about their systematic Chinese teaching and lead inefficient classes.This paper selects both old and new edition of "Chinese taste”,the designated Chinese textbook for all Muan elementary schools as the analysis object,combined with children's psychology,children's pedagogy,teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,linguistics and other related knowledge.On the basis of analyzing the structure of new and old edition of this textbook,this paper focuses on the detailed analysis of the contents of new and old edition of this textbook.Then,combined with the results of comparative analysis,the Chinese learning situation of Chungye Elementary School in Chungye-Myeon Muan-Gun,and the actual teaching situation of Chinese teachers,this paper puts forward suggestions such as making typesetting interesting,improving the authenticity of text dialogue,and reducing the difficulty of vocabulary.Meanwhile,the author proposes teaching methods including centering on text content,supplying with extracurricular content,increasing interest in class,designing class activities with the contents and the teaching object and planning games in classes.At last,this paper will provide a reference for Chinese teachers who are still using "Chinese taste" as teaching material.
