As we all know,the professional development of teachers has become the focus of education reform and development at home and abroad.In our country,high school political teachers play an important part in transmitting knowledge and cultivating value education.The level of teachers' professional development is vital to the students,schools and society.Therefore,we actively discuss and explore the path of professional development of political teachers in high schools based on the reality in Xichuan,which not only influences students' grade and their perfection of personality,but the teachers' professional progress.It's meaningful to the school's teaching quality,even the key to educational revolution.We will investigate and analyze the reality of high schools' political teachers in Xichuan by questionnaire and interviews,which can be probed in teacher basic situation,professional concept,specialized knowledge,professional ability,influencing factors,and development approaches.we should find out the questions that exist in high schools' political teachers in Xichuan,analyze the causes of the existing problems,and propose the corresponding strategies.Then look forward to the future based on the truth.Let's analyze them from the flowing parts:The first part: expound the meaning of this paper,know the research status clearly,define some concepts and establish the research strategy,pointing out the direction for the study of this article.The second part:use questionnaire survey,interviews and other ways to investigate the status quo of the professional development of political teachers in three senior high schools in Xichuan.The third part:according to the results of the investigation and analysis,analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of political teachers in senior high schools in Xichuan,and analyzes the reasons for these problems from both inside and outside.The fourth part: The countermeasures for the professional development of political teachers in urban senior high schools in Xichuan County.The path of self-development for high school political teachers mainly includes: the promotion of professional identity: the full implementation of teaching reflection;systematically strengthening professional learning;practicing education concepts and consciously improving professional qualities.The external support for the professional development of high school political teachers mainly includes: attaching importance to the status of political disciplines and improving the treatment of teachers;implementing a diversified evaluation system to promote the common development of teachers and students;innovating training forms,focusing on the timeliness and relevance of training;and high school political teacher professionalism;development platform support.The fifth part:conclusion and outlook.this section mainly from three aspects: research summary,problems,prospects.
