Hundred years' policy based on education;while the education policy based on teachers.As the first resource of educational development,teachers bear the historical mission of spreading ideas,spreading knowledge,and spreading truths.They shoulder the responsibility of shaping the soul,shaping life,and shaping people.It is the foundation for the development of education.The new era promotes the construction of high-quality professional and innovative ideological and political theory teachers,enhances the professional quality of teachers,promotes the professional development of teachers,comprehensively improves the quality of ideological and political education,and fosters socialism with all-round development of morality,intelligence,art and work.Builders and successors have important significance and value.The ideological and political course is the key course to implement the fundamental tasks of student moral development.The high school ideological and political course teachers undertake the cultivation of souls and guide students to enhance the socialist road with Chinese characteristics,self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence,cultural self-confidence,and patriotism.The great responsibility of feelings plays a very important role in the cultivation of students' ideological and political qualities,the cultivation of core disciplinary literacy,the correct world outlook,the outlook on life,and the guiding of values.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and important practical significance to explore the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers.The professional development of high school ideological and political teachers is based on the background of specific ideological and political subjects.It discusses the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers,and has important guiding significance for the development of high school ideological and political teacher education and teaching practice.This paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the teachers of ideological and political courses in some high school schools in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City,and analyzes and discusses the professional status of high school ideological and political teachers.On this basis,further clarify the problemsexisting in the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City,analyze the reasons for their problems,and propose effective strategies.The full text of the research framework is divided into five parts:The first part: Introduction.This paper puts forward the professional development of high school ideological and political teacher,summarizes the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the research status of the subject at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas,research methods and innovations of this topic.The second part: an overview of the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers.From the perspective of philology,the related concepts of teacher professional development are defined.The professional characteristics of high school ideological and political teachers are defined in combination with the professional characteristics of high school ideological and political teachers.At the same time,the components of professional development of high school ideological and political teachers are defined.The third part: the investigation and study of the professional development of teachers in high school ideological and political courses.The questionnaires and interview outlines were designed from the perspectives of professional belief,professional emotion,professional morality,professional knowledge and professional skills.The problems and deficiencies were analyzed through the investigation of seven high school ideological and political teachers in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City.The fourth part is the analysis of the professional development of teachers in high school ideological and political courses and the analysis of the causes.According to the survey results,the actual problems in the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers are analyzed,and the reasons for these problems are analyzed.The fifth part is about the problems existing in the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers in Qinzhou District of Tianshui City.It puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspectives of teachers themselves and the external support conditions for promoting teachers' professionaldevelopment,and gives a reference for the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers.
