Teacher professional development is a common and new topic,which can be studied from different angles at different times.Especially in today's basic education curriculum reform,in the context of the formal promulgation of the curriculum standards of ordinary high school after another revision,there are new implications for the professional development of high school teachers.As an important part of high school teachers,high school political teachers also face the challenge brought by the new ideological and political curriculum standard.Based on the background of the promulgation of the ordinary high school new curriculum standard,the reality of high school political teachers' professional development,and hope to be able to put forward corresponding strategies for high school political teacher's professional development,further improve the curriculum under the background of political teachers' professional quality,which not only provide solid foundation for the professional development of teachers,and to lay a good foundation for the new curriculum standard to take effect.The main logical order of this paper is"where the requirements are-how the status quo-cause analysis-how to improve".Firstly,this paper studies the concept definition and structural elements of the professional development of senior high school political teachers,and specifically analyzes the new features of the new curriculum standard,including the content,curriculum objective,curriculum structure,curriculum content,teaching methods and curriculum evaluation.On this basis,this paper discusses the new requirements of the new curriculum standards on the professional development of high school political teachers,mainly from the perspective of the elements of the senior high school political teacher professional development:professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional affection.Secondly,on the basis of questionnaire survey,according to the survey data,this paper sorts out and analyzes the current situation of the professional development of senior high school ideological and political teachers,and explores the gaps between them and these new requirements.Then,the reasons restricting the professional development of high school political teachers are analyzed from multiple perspectives under the background of teachers themselves,their schools and the whole society,which are mainly reflected in the lack of autonomy of teachers,inadequate school management and constraints of social environment.Finally,on the basis of the previous research,this paper finds out some concrete and feasible measures to effectively bridge the gap between the current situation of political teachers'quality in senior high school and the requirements of the new curriculum standard,and promotes the improvement of political teachers' quality and professional development in senior high school under the background of the new curriculum standard.It mainly includes inspiring the sense of autonomy,improving the management of schools,optimizing the social environment,and further developing effective ways to promote the professional development of teachers.
