The Research On Motivation Strategies To Learn Commerce Among Students In Senior Section

Learning motivation refers to the willingness and interest to study something under the premise of having certain learning needs.Commerce subject learning motivation plays a significant role in providing proper guidance and strengthening effect for students nowadays.Therefore,while implementing such in business practice,teachers should strengthen the motivation of students to learn,by stimulating their interest,so that learning can be full of enthusiasm with correct learning attitude,and values,so as to achieve a more healthy and comprehensive self-development.The ultimate goal of modem education is to promote the comprehensive and healthy development among students,so as to bring out those talented personnel who can eventually advance themselves at par with the social development.However,from the reality point of view,the conventional education model is only emphasizing on the functional play of the subject,which provide very little importance on individual development guidance;such conventional type of model only pay attention to the improvement of the knowledge level of students,while overlooking the students' upright learning attitude and habits.The subject of Commerce is an integrated subject which consists of human resources,finance,account,economy and many other related areas,this is why our students' learning ability and quality have a crucial impact on our country's economy,and social development t.Based on this,this paper takes the Yu Yuan secondary school commerce students in Sandakan Sabah as the research object,and to analyze the students 'learning motivation by means of questionnaire,so as to put forward the ideas and concrete strategies to stimulate students' motivation to learn,as well as to promote the high school students effective optimization of learning motivation.This part mainly includes four aspects:the first aspect is the background and research plan,which is mainly for the background of the research,,research content and its methods as well as research content and research design,etc.,The second part is to analyze the research motives of the Yu Yuan secondary school commerce students in Sabah,and analyze the factors that affect the students 'motivation from the aspects of individual,family and school,so as to put forward the factors that stimulate the students'motivation Whereas the third part is how to stimulate students' motivation to learn from the three aspects of learning interest,desire for knowledge and career goals.Last but not least,the fourth part is to summarize and forecast the research results.
