Taekwondo in the 20th century into the early 80s our country, but the real development in the 20th century,90's, October 1992, the preparatory group of Chinese Taekwondo Association was established in Beijing, marking the Chinese civil behavior toward Tae Kwon Do has organized and planned integrated into the national "Olympic Glory Plan" and the "National Fitness Program" in the ranks.2000 Sydney Olympic Games, China's Chen Zhong won the women players 72kg class taekwondo gold medal; after the 2004 Athens Olympics and won two gold medals. Since then, Taekwondo as an emerging sport in China, began sweeping the country in various cities, especially in developed cities like Shanghai, Beijing and other places. At present more than two thousand amateur Taekwondo, the number more than 800 million people practice, and the number is constantly rising. In this fashion learners in new projects, accounted for most primary and secondary students, why so popular in the Taekwondo students? They learn taekwondo motivation? This passion for learning how to continue or for how long? In this paper, some districts and counties of Shanghai Sports School, and nearly 30 fitness clubs, said hall and amateur Taekwondo students participated in classes for the study, for the taekwondo club in Shanghai, all kinds of Taekwondo sports school, and better organization and management, with extensive reference to carry out activities in Taekwondo.The following conclusions:1, primary and secondary students in Shanghai, were motivated to learn Tae Kwon Do is "interested", "curiosity", "physical health", "self-defense self-defense", "fashion", "promotion level."2, in learning Taekwondo's internal motivation, boys and girls were no significant differences, but the male internal motivation scores overall than girls in the internal motivation scores; in learning Taekwondo external motivation, boys and girls are significantly different; in the learning Taekwondo no motivation, boys and girls were significantly different.3, the internal motivation of boys in primary schools "Understanding stimulus" and "achievements", "understand the excitement" and "experience the excitement" factor there was significant difference in the extrinsic motivation of the "external regulation" and "intake regulation" and "external regulation "and" identified regulation, "there are significant differences in factor;4, primary school girls in the internal motivation "for stimulation" and "achievements", "experience the excitement" and "achievements", "success" and "Understanding excitement" factor was significant difference; external motivation of the "external regulation "and" identified regulation "factor was significant difference;5, three middle school boys in the internal motivation factors were significant differences; external motivation "external regulation" and "intake regulation," "external regulation" and "identified regulation" factor was significant difference;6, junior high school girls in the internal motivation "for stimulation" and "experience the excitement," there are significant differences in factor; external motivation "external regulation" and "internal adjustment" factors are significantly different;7, high school boys and internal motivation "for stimulation" and "achievements", "experience the excitement" and "achievements", "success" and "understanding of stimulus" factor was significant difference; external motivation "external regulation" and "intake regulation," "external regulation "and" identified regulation, "there are significant differences in factor;8, high school girls internal motivation "for stimulation" and "achievements", "success" and "understanding of stimulus" factor was significant difference; external motivation "external regulation" and "exposure adjustment" factors are significantly different;9, primary and secondary male motivation to learn Taekwondo from strong to weak as follows:high> middle> low small> upper primary.10, Tae Kwon Do school female students motivation from strong to weak as follows:low small> high> middle> upper primary.
