In today's world,e-commerce is developing rapidly,and the economy and society are more and more in need of professionals with e-commerce skills.The high quality laborers and skilled talents cultivated by the e-commerce specialty of secondary vocational schools are the important reserve force in the field of electronic commerce.So in the teaching of e-commerce specialty,how to arouse students ' learning enthusiasm to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching in order to improve the professional skills of graduates has become a problem that can not be ignored in this field.Classroom incentive,as one of the important methods to arouse students ' enthusiasm for learning,has been advocated by e-commerce professional teachers for many years,but it is still not very mature.In this study,the author used literature method,observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to carry out investigation and research,and found that in the teaching process of e-commerce specialty in secondary vocational school,there are some problems in classroom motivation,such as low frequency of classroom incentive use,unfair incentive object,not significant incentive effect,etc.In this paper,the causes of the problems include the light diversity of the incentive angle,the weight of the excitation target and the monotony of the incentive strategy,among which the incentive strategy is monotonous and embodied in the three aspects of the incentive mode,which is include language incentive,the content of motivation is monotonous,and the main part of motivating teachers.And puts forward the solutions to the diversification of classroom incentive angle,the process of motivating target and the diversity of incentive strategies in the teaching of e-commerce specialty in secondary vocational education in order to improve the classroom efficiency,among which the incentive strategies include the enrichment of incentive ways,the diversification of incentive content and the diversification of incentive three subjects.It is hoped that these countermeasures can provide reference for teachers of e-commerce majors in secondary vocational schools.
