Design And Development Of Virtual Percussion Instruments

As an art discpline,music discipline is playing an important role in improving students' aesthetic experience,inspiring students' creative awareness and creative ability,enhancing interpersonal communication and emotional communication,and promoting students' all-round development.In our country,we attache great importance to music education and vigorously promote the teaching reform of music disciplines.In the past two years,music subjects have been incorporated into the examinations in several provinces and cities.With the indepth development of education informatization,information techno logy-assisted music teaching has attracted much attention.In music classroom,percussion teaching occupies a very important position,but physical percussion instruments are difficult to popularize in music classroom because of their large size and high price.Therefore,developing a Virtual percussion instruments for music classroom is of great significance.Based on the analysis of music classroom percussion instrument application status and existing music teaching software,this article develops an interactive Virtual percussion instruments for music classroom teaching.The software simulates a real percussion band and features music creation,rhythm training,and collaborative performance to meet the needs of flexible and varied music classroom teaching.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,using literature research methods and investigation methods,we explored the importance of percussion instruments in music classroom teaching and the insufficiency of physical percussion instruments,and analyzed the existing music teaching software.Based on this,we proposed to design a virtual percussion instrument specially applied to music classroom teaching.Second,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and technical difficulties of virtual percussion instruments,the use of mixing technology and audio pool technology solves the problems of audio overlay and real-time playback in the software implementation process.It provides technology support for the design and implementation of Virtual percussion instruments.Again,combining the application of the music teaching software and percussion instruments in music classrooms,the functional requirements of virtual percussion instruments are summed up.The overall design of virtual percussion instruments is divided into five modules:display,audio processing,playback,file management and interaction.And we have detailed design and implementation of each functional module.Finally,combining with the needs of music classroom teaching,under the guidance of the information-based teaching model,the application of virtual percussion instrument in music classroom teaching is designed,which provided guidance and assistance for music teachers to use virtual percussion instruments to assist music classroom teaching.
