Since the popularization of nine-year compulsory education in our country,the eastern coastal areas and the northwest agriculture and animal husbandry between mountains,between city and countryside,between the han nationality and ethnic minorities,and between various ethnic minorities,showing dramatic difference between the rich and the poor area,and the education development level is uneven,the gap is more and more big,therefore between the implementation of the starting point of education first is unbalanced.Qinghai region education foundation is weak,plus the special natural environment and historical conditions,the influence of such factors as the regional development obvious imbalance,and the unbalanced characteristics embodied in ethnic regions and even the whole education system of qinghai province,especially in the ethnic minority regions of qinghai,this kind of difference and the unbalance is more clear and abrupt.In this paper,a preliminary study to the plight of qinghai minority school education development research,and the Tibetan autonomous prefecture in qinghai nationality middle school as the research object,analyze the difficulties affecting the development of school education in the region and puts forward some feasible countermeasures,cause social relevant departments of education attention and devotion to ethnic minority region,which can promote the development of minority culture and education,realize the comprehensive and balanced development of minority school education is urgent and necessary.This article first analyzes the influence of the special natural social environment in Qinghai,the traditional economic development model and the typical multicultural and other historical factors in minority areas on the education and development of minority areas,and in the analysis of the characteristics of the development of school education in minority areas,it finds the uneven development of Education.Balance is a common feature of different ethnic groups in the development of education in minority areas.Taking Huangnan state national middle school as a case study,the school in the process of school education development and in the process of education reform,due to the imbalance of economic policy,the lack of teachers,and the low level of modern information technology,the unbalanced development of education and the backward and closed ideology of ethnic minority areas have led to the minority women.The low level of education has directly or indirectly affected the development process of education in minority areas.In the face of various difficulties arising and existing in the course of the development of education,through the combination of local specific facts,a reasonable establishment of the funding mechanism of the minority areas,the improvement of the wage guarantee system for teachers in the minority areas,the continuous strengthening of the modem educational rationale in Ethnic Minority Areas and the education of the minority teachers,as well as the transfer of the minority teachers' education,are put forward.In order to achieve a balanced and equal development of school education in ethnic minority areas,it is hoped that the conservative and closed ideology of some ethnic groups should be conserved and the educational level of ethnic minority women should be improved.
