Analysis Of The Operation And Influencing Factors Of The Hospital In The Process Of Medical Social Work Embedding

With the acceleration of the reform of medical system,people's demand for medical and health services is becoming more and more diversified,and medical social work has been paid more and more attention.Under the impetus of the national policy,the Wuhan city civil affairs bureau and health development planning commission by Shanghai,Beijing and Guangzhou,the influence of the medical affair social work development P to the hospital as a pilot project of social work services unit,the government purchase way of social work institutions entrusted to enter the hospital to carry out professional services,as well as to achieve the service goals,and to complete the mission goal:leading independent establishment hospital medical social work,promote the development of medical social work systematized and institutionalized.Taking P hospital of Wuhan city as the research object,this paper collects data through interview method and participatory observation method and makes further analysis.This paper mainly research hospital in the medical affair social work action and influence factors in the process of embedding,including service content and effect of pilot project,hospital decision-makers,middle management,and general medical personnel,director of the department of specific actions and influence factors,Suggestions to improve the traditional Chinese medical social work embedded process behavior,and the hospital in the medical affair social work in the process of embedding operation mode was discussed and reflection.The study found that in the process of medical social work embedded,hospital decision-makers consciousness and action affects the running status and the effect of the pilot project,it is whether the hospital can establish medical social work policy makers,its action has experienced from passive to accept to relative support to terminate the process of social work services.At the same time,the middle management,the department director and the general medical staff adopted their respective action strategies.Finally,the decision of the hospital decision maker not to establish the medical social work department in the hospital was made,and the mission goal of the project was not achieved.It is found that the factors influencing the action of the hospital decision-making level mainly include the hospital's own attribute,the pressure of economic benefit,the support of the middle management and the government policy.On this basis,this paper further puts forward Suggestions to promote hospitals to play the main role of medical social work.Second,enhance local government awareness;Third,the role of hospitals should be changed.Fourth,we will strengthen oversight over government purchases of services.In the process of integrating medical social work,hospitals have three modes of action:active,intermediate and passive.
