Research On The Development Model Of Medical Social Work Dominated By "Strong Administration"

In recent years,people pay more and more attention to medical security and disease health,and the demand for humanistic care and mental health care in the process of disease treatment is increasing day by day.These changes have promoted the development of medical social work with the professional concept of helping others and self-help as the professional concept.Under this trend,the state puts forward a series of policies to promote the development of medical social work.Under the guidance of these policies,Z Hospital has set up the Medical Social work Department based on its own reality,and gradually formed the development mode of medical social work led by,strong administration".In the concrete practice process,the model has achieved remarkable results,but at the same time,there have been some problems.This paper takes the development model of medical social work led by"strong administration" in Wuhan Z Hospital as the research object,uses the method of participation observation and interview to collect data,analyzes the structure and function of the model,the service content of social work under this mode,and then thinks about the enlightenment of this model to the development of medical social work in our country.First of all,on the basis of introducing the background of the establishment of the leading mode of "strong administration"in Z hospital,this paper analyzes the system and mechanism of medical social work in Z hospital,including the system structure,the strong position of medical social work department,the concrete practice of"strong administration"mode and so on.Secondly,the present situation of medical social work service in Z hospital is analyzed from two aspects of service content and service effect.Mainly carried out social assistance,doctor-patient relationship communication,specialist disease services and community health education and other professional services,to better meet the needs of the clients,expand the social impact of the hospital,improve the reputation of the hospital.Thirdly,it analyzes the positive influence of the leading mode of "strong administration"on the development of medical social work,including the tilt of management policy,the priority allocation of resources,the efficient management of strong administration,the rapid establishment of system architecture and so on.At the same time,it is pointed out that there are some problems in this model,such as the number of personnel in the medical social work department does not meet the standard allocation ratio,the role conflict of part-time medical social workers,the imperfect dynamic mechanism of the development of medical social work,and the lack of sustainability of the development of medical social work.On this basis,this paper thinks about the enlightenment of the leading mode of "strong administration"to the development of medical social work:strengthening the professionalism of medical social work and perfecting the medical social worker.To make the dynamic mechanism of development,to realize the transformation from embedded development to integrated development as soon as possible,and finally to realize the sustainable development of medical social work.
