Under the background of education informationization,the combination of vocational education informationization and teaching reform has become one of the important research directions of vocational education.The research found that the current traditional teaching model in China is difficult to carry out the professional skills teaching of secondary vocational tourism.At present,the application of the teacher model of flipped classroom in the domestic secondary vocational professional curriculum is simply to apply the foreign teaching model,mechanically and mechanically,without considering the characteristics and personality differences of students in different education stages,and without professional and targeted teaching design.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire,etc.After sorting out the relevant literature on flipped classroom and ADDIE model research at home and abroad,the research found that the flipped classroom teaching model designed based on the ADDIE model can solve the self-discipline problem of students’ self-study process and avoid the current situation of class polarization.It not only retains the excellent teaching concept under the flipped classroom,arouses students’ enthusiasm for learning and improves teaching efficiency;It can also significantly improve the teaching quality and efficiency and meet the market demand for talents.After the theoretical basis and concept definition,this paper investigates and analyzes the current teaching situation of Catering Service and Management in the tourism major of Suzhou T Secondary Vocational School by designing a questionnaire,finds out the problems and bottlenecks in the current teaching process,and provides reference and basis for the later design of flipped teaching mode.Based on the ADDIE model,this paper discusses the question of when to flip,who will flip,and how to flip before,during,and after class in flipped classroom teaching from five steps of analysis,design,development,implementation,and evaluation.After the systematic analysis of students’ learning situation and teaching materials,the teaching objectives are discussed.The key and difficult points of teaching were designed and studied,and then the flipped classroom teaching mode of catering service and management in secondary vocational schools based on ADDIE model was developed and designed according to the current situation and shortcomings of the curriculum of catering service and management in secondary vocational schools.After applying the flipped classroom teaching model based on ADDIE model to the classroom of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational schools,after qualitative and quantitative verification,the experimental results show that the flipped classroom teaching model of Catering Service and Management in secondary vocational schools based on ADDIE model has significantly improved students’ academic performance and has excellent teaching effects.This research has research value and significance.Subsequently,the author reviewed and summarized the problems and shortcomings that easily occurred in the implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model,and put forward prospects and suggestions for the subsequent implementation of the flipped classroom teaching model in secondary vocational courses,providing a reference for the combination of vocational education reform and teaching informatization.
