Research On The Supply Of "Domestic Demand" And Opening To The Outside World Of University Sports Venues In Wuhan

In recent years,both the state and the wuhan municipal government have issued a series of laws and regulations on the rational use and implementation of the school sports venues,while the operation of the university sports venues in wuhan has great demonstration effect and radiation effect in hubei province and even the whole country,so it is more worthy of our attention.This study through the literature material law,questionnaire and mathematical statistics and other research methods,from six different universities in wuhan city,site management personnel,as well as the teachers and students in colleges and universities to exercise the nearby residents as investigation object,the internal demand of the sports in colleges and universities in wuhan supply and opening up to the present situation,discussed a variety of "domestic demand" of wuhan university sports venues and the degree of supply,and the implementation of the degree of opening to the outside world,way and operating mode,analyzes the university sports venues in "domestic demand"problem such as the contradiction between supply and opening to the outside world between,to relevant management departments and colleges and universities in wuhan city on the use and management of sports venues to provide some Suggestions of reference value.Through research,this study believes that:1,wuhan university can follow relevant national policies and requirements to implement the supply of the internal demand of sports playgrounds and opening to the outside world,promote the students,faculty,staff and health of body and mind development of the surrounding residents.2,There are two ways for the "domestic demand" supply and opening up of the university sports venues in wuhan city,which are free and paid.3,wuhan "domestic demand" supply of college sports in the sports teaching,training and on the other requirements of the school level can get good guarantee,students,faculty,staff after school or spare demand for site only part taking part in physical exercise can guarantee.The compensated supply of "domestic demand" in sports venues is not reasonable.4,The total supply of the resources of university sports venues in wuhan is larger than that of the university,but the invisible "domestic demand" is huge.The lack of type resources in the stadium,especially the shortage of indoor space.5,and operation ways of wuhan university sports venues open to the public to open for free of charge,the paid open the operation mode of the sports ground is given priority to with school management,followed by a third party contracted and divided into operating a prescribed period and throughout the operation,the government buying patterns some universities have reflected,such as primary and middle school students summer swimming,etc.6,wuhan university sports venues of operation management and plan is not in place,there are mainly embodied in environmental health,safety and order,etc.,compared to the free operations more serious phenomenon of lack of site management.7,wuhan university sports field exists in the reality of supply and demand of school sports "domestic demand" the contradiction between supply and opening to the outside world and stable opening to the outside world and expand the contradiction of school sports ground "domestic demand".Finally,this study suggests further strengthening the supply of "domestic demand"in school sports venues and the planning of opening to the outside world;Many ways to guide and organize students and faculty members to participate in sports activities with high value of exercise and low demand for the site,and to share with social fitness and leisure venues;The "domestic demand" of school sports venues should be provided to students without compensation.To contact and cooperate with the surrounding communities,to assist or organize the fun sports in outdoor venues of some schools or to organize sports events involving residents.
