In the information age.the necessity of learning guidance is becoming more and more outstanding.However,there is still a lack of the guidance of the geography learning methods in junior middle school.This paper will focus on the analysis of the existing problems in the guidance of the geography learning methods and the formulation of effective strategies in the junior middle school,hoping to promote the further improvement of the level of geography learning guidance,and provide some reference for the optimization of the practice of geography teaching.First of all,through discussing the literature at home and abroad,this paper expound the historical development of learning methods,and the theoretical basis,and clarify the purpose and method of the study.Secondly,it expounds the theory of the guidance of the geography learning methods from the definition,the content and the principle,and then it discusses the status of the guidance of geography learning methods through case analysis.Finally,the article puts forward the strategies of the guidance of the geography learning methods in junior middle school.This article is mainly studied in the following four aspects:the first part is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,the significance,and the research status and so on.The second part is the definition of the concept,which mainly defines the meaning of the relevant concepts of the guidance of learning methods,and explains the main contents of the guidance,and the theoretical basis of the guidance.The third part,through the case analysis,this paper points out the existing problems by observing classroom videos about some high quality classes in junior middle school in Shandong Province,interviewing the geography teachers,and observing the performance of the students in junior middle school.The fourth part,on the basis of relevant theories and the problems existing in guidance of the methods of learning geography,this part is mainly made up with four aspects,like the steps of the guidance of the methods of learning geography and a teaching design as an example.Finally,the summary points out the conclusions of the study,the shortcomings and the prospects for further study.In order to carry out the guidance of geography learning methods well in the course of teaching,teachers must understand the content,the scope and the way of geography learning methods as a whole,and clear the specific strategies of guidance,formulate a scientific and careful training plan,pay attention to the students' learning psychology,and carry on the guidance of the hierarchical learning method.Only in this way,students can learn how to learn better and benefit all life long.
