The demand for high-tech talent has increased further in economic globalization,and education has become an important measure to increase national strength and increase global competitiveness.As an important task in cultivating high-level innovative talents,postgraduate education is even more important to the country.In terms of pedagogy,as the number of students in cross-examination pedagogy increases year by year,pedagogic tutors will also consider the student's academic background when recruiting students.Some scholars believe that interdisciplinary students can adopt different perspectives and ways of thinking to see and think about pedagogic issues;However,some scholars argue that the lack of professional skills,theoretical basis,and practical learning of interdisciplinary students in pedagogy will bring great challenges to their subsequent learning and research.Based on this,this study attempts to answer the following questions:What is the learning adaptation process of the interdisciplinary postgraduates in pedagogy from undergraduate majors into pedagogics?Compared to non-interviewers,do students with different academic backgrounds have certain advantages in the study of pedagogy?If there are advantages,how can they use their advantages?What are the roles of external forces,such as institutions and mentors,in the learning of interdisciplinary master students in pedagogy?Therefore,this study conducted interviews and surveys among seven master students in interdisciplinary education from H universities and Z universities,summarizing and presenting their learning adaptation process and their experience and reflections after learning to adapt.The study found that:The pedagogic interdisciplinary master student's learning adaptation process can be divided into three stages:the "flood period","challenging period" and "adjustment period".After an interdisciplinary experience,the objectives of interdisciplinary students in pedagogy have become clearer,the level of scientific research has improved,the heart has become stronger,and the field of vision has become more open.Finally,this study put forward corresponding suggestions from the pedagogical interdisciplinary students themselves,colleges,and tutors,that is,to strengthen self-management,to control the entry barriers strictly,to improve the graduate training mechanism,and to strengthen the mentoring mechanism.
