| With the continuous improvement of China’s education level,the group of postgraduates has also continued to expand,and the society’s diverse needs for talent capabilities have also led to more and more students studying for postgraduate studies across disciplines.Pedagogy,because of its strong inclusiveness and relatively less difficulty in cross-exams,has increased the proportion of interdisciplinary students.Interdisciplinary postgraduates in education have the advantages of multi-disciplinary backgrounds in the learning process,but they are also restricted by the original disciplines.Therefore,there will be a series of learning adaptation problems,which will have varying degrees of impact on the study,life and future employment of interdisciplinary postgraduate graduate students in education,and even lead to a decline in the quality of postgraduate training.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and practical guiding significance to study the learning adaptation of interdisciplinary postgraduates in education.Based on background analysis and literature review,this study designed a questionnaire according to the existing mature scale and combined with the characteristics of interdisciplinary master students in pedagogy,design part divides learning adaptation into four dimensions: learning motivation,learning strategy,learning content and learning effect according to the existing mature scales and the learning particularity of interdisciplinary postgraduates in education.H University and D University were selected as the subjects of the survey.The survey results show that the overall learning adaptation level of the respondents is moderate,and the learning content and strategy dimensions are poor.Combining the current situation of learning adaptation of interdisciplinary master students in pedagogy.This study found that learning adaptation problems are mainly manifested as learning motivation to taper off、learning strategy are not applied well、learning content is lackluster、Insufficient feedback on learning effect.According to the questions combined with the interview data to further explore the reasons for the problems,including learning transfer ability,basic knowledge of subjects,learning motivation,less communication with guides,the curriculum is not reasonable,learning feedback mechanism is not perfect,and grim employment landscape.In view of the above adaptation problems and their causes,it is necessary to adopt coping strategies from different levels.On the individual level,include enhancing selfcognition and role change awareness,consolidating professional foundation,enhancing learning interest,cultivating learning autonomy,and stimulating learning motivation.On the college level,include quality of tutor guidance;optimize the curriculum to improve the content of the course;provide learning resource support,establish multi-channel assistance,etc. |
