With the rapid expansion of knowledge economy has led to an increase of demand for high-level talents,especially complex and comprehensive talents.And the continuing expansion of enrollment at the university,it has given rise to a large number of interdisciplinary postgraduate students.However,this group with unique character and typical characteristics as an important group continue to enter the field of academic.The increasing proportion of this group makes the graduate students of individual disciplines mainly are interdisciplinary graduate students,and pedagogy is one of them.This not only provides new opportunities and challenges for the talents of education,but the level of learning adaption of interdisciplinary postgraduates within the discipline of education directly decide the future of this discipline.Due to the boundary of the discipline itself,interdisciplinary postgraduates will have a variety of discomfort problems when they enter a new academic field.For interdisciplinary postgraduates who enter the education discipline,they also face this problem.So they are uncomfortable with what aspects of pedagogy they learn?And how to adapt to these contents of pedagogy?Based on this,this study choose the pedagogy postgraduates with interdisciplinary background in the two universities as the research object,to explore the adaptability of the contents of the learning pedagogy,and interprets the principle of internal and external education in the context of pedagogy.Through the research methods such as literature research,questionnaire survey and interview and so on,to analyse the fresh examples presented by the questionnaire survey and depth interviews.And discuss the learning adaptation mechanism of pedagogy postgraduates in interdisciplinary background.The study found that pedagogy postgraduates in interdisciplinary background had a good overall adaptability to learning,but had the worst adaptability in the dimensions of educational academic research.There were individual differences among different genders,grades and professions.In general,the level of adaptability of girls is better than boys,and the higher grades,the higher the level of adaptability,the smaller the discipline span,and the higher the level of adaptability.In addition,during the study of case narratives of adaptation stage,students in different disciplines backgrounds have different stories at different stages,but due to their content and self-adjustment,most of them have the same or similar learning adaptation contradictions.Therefore,This study is based on quantitative and qualitative research.accordin-g to the stages of pedagogy postgraduates with interdisciplinary background learning the contents of pedagogy,it can be divided into preparatory period-construction period-adjustment period-personality period.lt also explores the learning adaptation mechanism of interdisciplinary background pedagogy,and finds that its learning adaptation mechanism includes three aspects:power mechanism,selection mechanism and coordination mechanism.At the same time,in order to improve the learning adaptation of pedagogy postgraduates with interdisciplinary background,from the inner individual level and the external institution organizational level,it puts forward targeted measures to improve the adaptation level of the content of pedagogy in learning for the graduate students with the interdisciplinary background.The internal and external levels form a joint force to promote the adaptation of the content of pedagogy in their learning.
