With the opening and support of national policy on postgraduate education,there are more and more interdisciplinary postgraduates.Influenced by many factors,such as the discipline characteristics of pedagogy,pedagogy has become the major with the highest proportion and the largest scale of interdisciplinary postgraduates.Existing research and preliminary investigation show that although interdisciplinary postgraduate students have certain advantages in learning pedagogy,there are also some problems that cannot be ignored.If these problems cannot be improved in time,it will affect the academic performance and employment quality of interdisciplinary postgraduate students,and even affect the future development of pedagogy.Therefore,it has become an important subject to investigate and study the learning status of interdisciplinary postgraduates in pedagogy.Therefore,based on the department of education of H university,using four research methods,including literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and comparative research method,the paper fully reveals the learning status of postgraduates with interdisciplinary and non-interdisciplinary background in pedagogy,summarizes the advantages and problems of interdisciplinary postgraduates,deeply analyzes the problems and their influencing factors,and finally puts forward the feasible improvement strategies from different angles,to provide certain references on improving the cultivation quality of interdisciplinary postgraduates in pedagogy.To be specific,the paper firstly discusses the reason for the topic selection,research significance,research ideas and methods,clearly defines the core concepts,and specifically expounds the discipline characteristics of pedagogy and the studying particularity of interdisciplinary postgraduate.Secondly,dividing the learning status into four dimensions and twelve secondary indicators,the paper presents the results of the questionnaire survey and makes a statistical analysis,including the horizontal comparative analysis of each dimension,grade difference and trend analysis of two types of postgraduates'learning status.Thirdly,Based on the questionnaire survey results and the interview situation,the paper reveals learning advantages and problems of interdisciplinary postgraduates in pedagogy,and focuses on the four problems,including the low degree of professional identity,the difficulty in the acculturation of disciplines,the”congenital deficiency and acquired deficiency" of professional quality,and the embarrassment in the choice of graduation destination.Fourthly,the paper analyzes the reasons of the learning problems from the aspects of postgraduate admission examination system,curriculum and teaching,tutor guidance and the interdisciplinary postgraduates'learning attitude and behavior.Fifthly,the paper puts forward the improvement strategies,including perfecting the postgraduate admission examination system,carrying out a variety of colorful counseling and communication activities,building the systematic and scientific curriculum system,implementing the flexible and varied teaching methods,strengthening personalized guidance of tutors,correcting the learning attitude of interdisciplinary postgraduates.
