The increasing state emphasis on the vocational education brings the opportunities of innovation and development of the higher vocation education,which had accounted for 50% of the total higher education.To enhance the quality of the talent cultivation of the higher vocational education,a series of policies had been introduced to promote the reform of the higher vocational education.Not only the State Demonstration School which had gained remarkable achievement,but also the Innovation Development Action Plan under implementation,as well as the requirement on the implementing the trial work of the Modern Apprenticeship strongly advocated by the government in recent years,both of which substantially reflect the vocational education idea of integration of working and learning,as wel as the development direction based on the curriculum reform.Guided by the policies issued by the state government,our higher vocational colleges,on one hand actively tried to involve in the exploration of the education pattern of integration of working and learning,such as the Order Form Class and the Modern Apprenticeship,on the other hand,they attempted to carry out the curriculum reform to adapt the curriculum system to the talents training mode of integrating working with learning.Many vocational colleges adopt the curriculum development paradigm of systematic work process and break through the framework of the curriculum system of the disciplines.Compared with the common academic talents training pattern,the technical talents training mode of the vocational education is mostly characterized by the integration of industry and teaching,as well as the cooperation between schools and enterprises,which are the in-depth reflection of the Modern Apprentice.While during the practice,there are the regional imbalance in the higher vocational education,and the conditions for developing the Modern Apprentice in the middle-west area is not mature,and the mode of the Oder form Class is the superficial reflection of the integration of industry and teaching as well as the college-enterprise collaboration.This paper set the curriculum settlement of the Order Form Class of H College of Hubei as the target of the research,and adopt the Literature Research Method,the questionnaire and the method of comparative analysis to study the current situation of the its curriculum settlement and find out the experience and the disadvantage.In addition,it proposed the suggestion for constructing the curriculum settlement in the perspective of modern apprenticeship.Frist,it made an analysis on the successful examples of Modern Apprenticeship of German which is “Dual Vocational System”,in the following section,it studied the problems existing in the curriculum settlement and the implementation process of the Order Form Class in H College,including the narrowing of the training object,the lack of the courses related to the enterprises in the curriculum settlement structure,the shortage of the optional courses as well as the mismatching between the courses and the vocational qualification certificate,the outdating and repetition of the curriculum content,the lower complexity of the fundamental courses,the lack of the teaching hours of practice courses.Finally,on the perspective of modern apprentice,it proposed the countermeasures and suggestions on the problems mentioned above,including adjusting the training objective,optimizing the curricular structure,selecting the course content scientifically,and improving the implementation of the courses so as to optimize the curriculum settlement of the Order From Class,ad provide the conception of curriculum settlement for transferring the Order Form Class to Modern Apprenticeship.
